fucking dark souls 2
>b-team adds ADP because they think it's innovative
It effectively lowers the skill ceiling by giving you i-frames (which should be predetermined like in DS1
what the fuck
What is the most addicting game I can play on a shitty $250 laptop? I want something that will fucking suck me in. I have yet to find a single game that can hold my interest.
hey /v/, me and a small group of friends are starting a game. We each have experience so making it isnt the concern. What we want to know is, what does /v/ consider cancer in indie /v/. We figure getting a large group of people telling us what they don't like will help us find out the direction we should go.
So far Pixelshit, rougelikelikelikelikes, simulators, memecore, and pretendRetro are on our list.
Want to give us more specific things you would like/not like to see in indie games these days?
while not an explicit genre, games that try to provide some kind of 'commentary' or subliminal critique of something tend to be shit. they push the message at the expense of gameplay / plot
Why was Roy chosen over all of these characters?
Konami being fuckers
Toon Link basically replaced him
Already confirmed to have been hardware problems with the 3DS
Who gives a shit
Also likely because of the 3DS, same reason why ZSS/Samus and Zelda/Shiek were split
Wolf doesn't have any reason not to hve been back.
Jesus, /v/, this game is fucking awesome. I can't believe I haven't played it before now. It just never stops being entertaining, and I'm not even a fan of Beat em Alls. I only bought it because she's getting into Smash
Never played the first one either, should I finish the second one first or put it on hold and do the original?
Side note: props to Sakurai for once again being super creative and making a moveset for her that's so faithful to the game.
>it's a licensed game
Hey guys what do you think about No Man's Sky?
this game suks. discuss
Post the very first thing and the very last thing that happen in a game. /v/ guesses the game.
>You jump out a window

ITT: That launch title you got when there were nogaems
Genji: Days of the Blade
The camera system was so bad it has to be seen to be believed. Half the time I was fighting enemies who were off screen.
I'm inclined to believe this game has the best battle system of any jrpg.
What, exactly, did he mean by this?
If it were the stone age Sonichu would require being told twice to run. Because he would be some sort of primitive caveman variant of Sonichu and slow on the uptake. Chris-chan may have meant that. Maybe.
Wii U or Xbox One?
Got friends on Xbox but they only play dudebro games like FIFA, maybe one on Gears/Halo
Mario Maker looks amazing on Wii U, as well as another couple exclusives
Got a great gaming PC and gf owns a PS4, can't make my mind up which of the two to get
>tfw you finally learned how to K-style
I actually never did learn how to do that, because after mastering standard butterflying I just recreated new character over and over to fight scrubbies with my average tier skill. I've always been a shiteating assclown I guess.
just got fired and have 3 weeks before starting at the new place, what are some vidyas i can give full attention to before real life catches up again?
Just some random ass throws,
any mass effect game,
Dark souls 1 or 2
(BB or DeS is fine too)
Metal gear series
GTA IV ( lost and the damned and ballad of gay tony too)
Dead rising games (OOR is most fun IMO)
Retro city rampage is fun but short,
Thats all I got,
