so tell me /v/,why do you think that girls who plays vidya calls themselfs "girl gamer" ? can't they just use "gamer" as we do ? why do they need to shove the fact that they are girls who plays vidya ?
Let's talk about game mechanics.
What are some game mechanics that you wish existed, or that aren't used often enough?
>Currently about $5 on Xbox
How does it hold up at the current price?
>cant afford current gen console
>mom threatening to kick me out
what are some comfy games i can play lads
What games allow me to play as a character that slowly fades into insanity?
What did the treehouse do to piss everyone off so much?
censoring Fatal Frame, an M rated digital-only game.
adding sports clothes underneath Lin's bikini, because apparently 13 year olds in bikinis are "bad" now.
in general just being assholes towards the weeaboo side of their fanbase and sacrificing everything in order to appease the non-existent casual Nintendo fans who they think would get turned off by anything Japanese.
Is JKO still worth a replay? The lightsaber combat is obviously still GOAT, and the graphics aren't that shit considering its age. I'm feeling really nostalgic for the single player campaign.
How do you afford your vidya?
Two jobs, one on an ambulance and another in a hospital ER. Plenty of downtime so vidya and shitposting galore.
>Tfw met someone who plays Bravely Default 2 weeks ago
Came in with a knee dislocation, he got knocked down a flight of stairs in a train station because of some impatient asshole. Apparently there were two others that went down with him, the guy responsible was uppercutted by the son of an older woman that was shoved.
Just bought this, what can I expect?
Only reason I'd get the $1 bundle would be for the Last Remnant, which I already own so fuck that. If any other anons are considering it, get the $1 bundle just for that, it's a good game. Everything else is probably shit.
No point in getting excited, unless you want to be disappointed.
>This guy is now Greninja's final smash in Smash 5
How do you react?
Thoughts on this game?
What went right?
What went wrong?
And why is Ashley the best character?
This post had been made yesterday but like 5 minutes later the entire site got glitched and nobody would be able to post replies on any thread.
so here goes
I liked the story and characters, most of the ideas were great on paper. Totems were pretty innovative.
>Very slow walking speed
>No sprint button
>the "dont move" feature...

Did anyone else noticed how Matt was supposed to be the strongest/most physically capable character (the jock) yet he was actually the smallest and thinnest guy, while Chris who was supposed to be the nerd is the tallest one and probably the buffest?
Just finished this. Can we talk about it?
Frankly, I'm impressed that the finale managed to effectively combine the retardation of the first three Layton game endings.
I was really wondering how they were going to explain away the magic. I knew it wouldn't be easy but somehow I was still disappointed.
Regardless the game was pretty fun. I liked the music and the court cases. The layton bits were grew tired, but maybe I've just played too many layton games and they are running out of ideas.
How's it going, /v/? Did you overspend as usual?
Is this worth playing if I liked Lego Marvel Super Heroes? Do they make Episode I-III less shitty by not having dialogue and running through the actual plotlines?
It's, uh... well. Yeah. I wouldn't expect anything like lego marvel from it - lego star wars is pretty early stuff comparatively.
It's not bad, but there's a lot less to it and all the provided characters you can pick up. If you're really into lego games and star wars, you'll still probably enjoy it. But they're much more obviously geared for younger players than later lego games have been.
