Why are there no FPS games about the civil war when there's a bunch about WWII and even WWI.
I'm not talking about firing squads, but everything in general of huge clumps of men.
Didn't they still use muskets at the beginning so you shoot once and then reload for the next minute. I know they started using "modern" selfcontained cartridges towards the end of the war but i'm pretty sure it was only like six shooters and shit. I don't think it'd be very fun unless it was a startegy game like Total War
I'm 29 now, almost an old grampa and been here for many years but now I feel in my oldness, I'm getting left behind. So help me /v/ to understand
What is a "meme" game/concept
What is meant by unironically playing a game, do people ironically play games?
I hear a lot of people raving about pic related. What can I expect if I buy it?
The game is incredibly immersive. Lots of interesting quests and interesting ways to go about them. You need to put points into combat thought because it does become important later on.
Which for me kind of blows since you can't farm for exp which makes leveling up a lot more rewarding but makes the points more valuable
What does /v/ think of final fantasy X?
Hey anon, just want to say we are blown away by the latest build of your new game. If you could just go ahead and send us a list of which weapons will be Gamestop preorder exclusive, and which will be Best Buy preorder exclusive, I think we are ready to start marketing your game.
Hey anon, this is Brad from Microsoft. He's stopped by to talk to you about how Kinect integration could reallly take your game to the next level.
Listen anon, it occured to use that if you put an on-rail section right here, here, and here, you could force that extra hour of gameplay we talked about. That means you won't even have to include that extra stage at all.
Hey /v/, i'm considering getting the witcher 3, but I haven't played any of the prequels. Will I still have a really good experience playing the game with no knowledge of past lore/characters/ etc?
I didn't play the past two games because i couldn't get into them at their times of release but clocked in over 100 hours in 3.
Its really not necessary and the only throwbacks as far as i can tell are very small and few.
Why is this not more popular?
because owning Amiibos is actually useless because they rarely do anything. Once Amiibos actually become worthwhile as something other than collectable items, you'll see this become more popular.
>say fuck it and try undertale
>its nothing like I thought it was
>really enjoying it
I'm sorry for hating on it guys.
I got THE ONE for Christmas.
Comfy Xbone thread because I have no idea what to do with this thing.
Got Ori and the Blind Forest so far.
buy a kinect if you don't have one. I love my voice commands because once you learn how to use them properly you'll probably love them, depends on how you have your setup though, mine is my main entertainment hub in my living room
buy halo, buy the master chief collection, and fuck it you should probably get the handsome collection since its so cheap right now
also get a elite controller so you can show your friends how much better you are than them
daily reminder that this could have been the terraria killer, but the developers wasted the hype instead of releasing update after update
>you could explore the whole universe
>it could have been an limitless sandbox
>none of this will never happen because developers spent too much time on making little update that nobody cares about instead of releasing big updates
It's a hell of a lot better than it was at release. But it's still missing a handful of promised features. Also don't expect endless replayability.
If you already have terraria, sure go for it I guess.
Can we get a Steam refunds thread?
Pic related for me. The AI is terrible and the weapons are horribly inaccurate.
Post little things that are great in vidya
>you're not the only side in the game
>your enemies are also each other's enemies
>you can find them fighting each other
this is so fucking good. better than you vs the world.
I liked how the Kongs gave various reactions when you passed over them in the tag barrel.
I was hoping for this in MGSV. The whole thing with rebel groups fighting PMC's was one of the better things in 4, it would've been neat to be able to find the mujahideen fighting the russians around the maps, or communist rebel groups fighting that south african PMC.
a 1, and a 2, and a 1 2 3 webm thread.
OP you better dump what you got. I hate when shit get's slow.
"and with amiibo"
