Order of Ecclesia is my favourite entry in the franchise. Pic related was probably my favourite character.
Discuss whatrever you want. Just keep it castlevania.
I loved Lament of Innocense but the origin of the whip was pants on head retarded. I rather he just find the vampire killer in a cave.
>gf gets bitten by vampire like 2 days ago
>no cure, have to strike her down
>old man says "oh wait, i know, you can infuse her spirit into this alchemist whip i gave you earlier then her love will protect belmonts forever because i said so and it will be the bane of the spirits of the night"

Where were you when fighting games were saved?
>Fighting games have added a huge amount of complexity over the years in ways that have created more and more of a physical execution barrier. Fantasy Strike is about getting to the strategy part of the game immediately, in the first minute you play it. No complex motions for special moves and no need to practice combos in training mode. Emphasizing player-decisions over difficult dexterity is a much deeper commitment than simply letting you do special moves easily—it's a commitment to avoid...

What did this game do right and what did it do right?
Where were you when /v/ was utterly BTFO?
I'm stuck at a hospital, with a phone with wifi and a N64 and PSP emulator on it. Any games would guys would recommend from Google play or I can get online?
I'd say Doom 64, or maybe Shadow Man. If you want something more lighthearted, you can't go wrong with Mario 64.
I'm happy that I can now have all of my favorite DQ games on the go, but why the hell couldn't we get this one as an HD remake? The 3DS version is pretty hard to look at after comparing it to the PS2 version.
How bad was Dark Souls 2?
Happy 10th Birthday Sonic 06!
Would it still be alive had Sony opted to use SD cards instead?
it would have been a lot better off.
those sony memory cards were expensive as shit, which meant you could buy less digital content, which defeats the fucking point.
reminds me of how the wiiu had only 32gigs.
has a game ever legitimately scared you?
Why would you play spoopy shit on drugs!?
I played an FPS game when I was a kid where in a pyramid a giant scorpion charged me and I was startled out of my seat for some reason.
I don't even remember what game it was. It was early 3D with jaggies galore.
Warcraft lore and predictions for what the next big thing in Warcraft games will be, lore wise.
Here is the latest addition by the Blizzard team.
Former Core Designs Employee here. 1993-2001.
First game I worked on BC Racers.
Feel free to ask me anything abut my time there.
Why do so many people on this board pretend to hate overwatch? It's objectively fun, you contrarian faggots.
>recurring to meanigless buzzwords to defend something
Nice bait thread
ps1 games that aged the best?
so i'm at this part; Stormcloaks or the Imperials?
So now that the dust is truly settled
What is the verdict on this game and what are it's pros and cons?
It has shit mechanics
Your people will quite jobs constantly even though you set the wage payments super high and people will go homeless even when you have apartments with cheap rent
And they complain about no home and no jobs constantly
Game series that will never be good again
What was the last game you played that you achieved 100% completion in?
Red Dead Redemption Story mode - would've gotten the platinum but the servers were already ghost towns
also, that is one spicy chica
new sonic riders when
Let's make games great again !
What has to change ?
Any trailers or anything for this yet? The event it's at starts today but I suppose it is still somewhat early in the day.
Not that I've seen. They're gonna fuck it up, though. The equivalent of Daytona today would need Ultra high end graphics. 4K standard, running on an engine better than Unreal 4.
>Being excited for an arcade game
Feelin pretty nostalgic
>if Japan developed Overwatch
So I'm playing Papers, Please, and it's established that Arstotzka is an oppressive, soul-crushing dystopia, with citizens struggling to even survive.
But this just raises the question, why do so many fucking people want to get IN? It feels like a glaring plothole.
What makes a video game "cool"?
Do you know anyone in real life that plans on buying this?
All the normals I talk to at work don't seem interested. I wonder why.
>I wonder why.
probably because you were talking to them, i.e. the office clown.
>another open world game but now specifically catered to millennials
>boring hacking mechanic
>looks like shit
>how do you do fellow kids, hacking is so cool, we're so hip and square
What the fuck was his problem?
Sephiroth had a better, more coherent plan, and was more integral to the plot than Kefka who spent all game being Gestahl's lapdog and only stumbled upon ultimate power at literally the last ten minutes of actual main plot development before the game opened to side content and character development of the main characters. But overall Kefka is probably the more powerful villain.
Both are rather disappointing in a certain way though, a hole in the ground and a tower of garbabe are not suitable places to build a final dungeon. In that sense both suck.
