Be honest with me /v/, is this good? I don't mind the fact that leveling and the old content is trivialized if from what i hear it's true that the endgame has a lot of stuff to do.
>inb4 play vanilla
I've played on Nostalrius and had tons of fun, but i just can't go back to the shitty animations and having to restart my char on another server every few months.
So are we all in agreement that D44M is GOTY?
SilvaGunner is gone.
>haha this game song starts off correct but then it turns into the flintstones theme song xD
>haha this one starts right but then it turns into earrape!
>lol look at this one it's gangnam style!

Describe one of your favorite games with four or less words.
>Angry, racist, black elves
I am searching for a kind of scrolling game where you had to collect stuff and avoid to get kill for example by falling rocks. I thing the collectables where golden and the gameworld was kind of green. Oh nnd I played it on a Windows XP or 98 machine. Any ideas?
Sup /v/, what am I in for? Haven't played the first two, got this one from a friend.
some times /v/ uses the term "meme game". what does it mean?
>minor character turns out to be the bad guy
> there are no minor characters
> everyone has well-detailed and elaborate arcs and backstories
> there are no bad guys
> all conflict is based aroumd misunderstanding and unavoidable circumstances.
Why is this 13 years old character suddenly a meme now?
A stream with Nagoshi will be starting in 30 minutes from now on NicoNico. It consists of a Yakuza 6 live gameplay showcase, new drama scenes showcase, and a new announcement related to Yakuza 6 at the end.
Any predictions for what the announcement might be?
It is starting in 10 minutes. Here is the link.
I started Yakuza 2 but does anyone else have a problem with these games and not wanting to miss anything? I hate that you can only do stuff during certain chapters. I want to be able to just do all the side stuff I want when I want and not have to constantly be worrying I did everything before I do a main mission.
What are the best videogame titles of the last 5 years?
Aesthetics or stats, /v/?
>game has 2 equipment slots one for stats and one vanity.
So, where were you when Wii U became the greatest emulator console of all time?
How do you decide your fighting game main?
Playstyle? Design? Theme?
I play Ryu because he's good and parries and Urine because he's the meme king
they need to be manly pretty much. grappling is manly, being topless is manly, being crap at getting in but doing 70%+ life per combo is manly.
not many fighting chars appeal to me sadly. too many pretty boys
What is Sean Murray doing RIGHT now?
Daily reminder: if you're going to get PS4, buy the Slim version on Black Friday
PS4 Pro is a meme and it's not worth the extra 100 bux
>game takes place in a fantasy world
>Jesus Christ, this italian coffee is c'e magnifique!
>game takes place in a fantasy world
>mmm these pork buns are so good! I can see why the Shinjuku region is well known for them!
>yes, the ingredients are from a beautiful farm at the base of Mount Fuji.
>it's almost as good as Kobe beef!
Marine: Squad leaders are requesting a rally point, ma'am. Where should they go?
Commander Miranda Keyes: [loads her pistol] To war.
Anyone have any other vidya quotes notable for being horrendously shit?
I would buy a console but..
>I would have to give up using ms/kb
>stop using my good headphones and audio gear.
>start paying for the right to play online
>settle for middle of the road performance.
i just can't bring myself to get one just to play the odd movie gaem and weebshit.
What video games capture this feeling?
Just finished it
This game is incredibly unbelievably undoubtably undeniably great
Do you have any objections /v/?
This will be my first Kingdom Hearts
What are some video games that reference Jojo's Bizarre Adventure?
Be honest, you heartless faggots at least got a knot in your throat
The store page tells me that the game releases in 1 day and 12 hours, if i pre-order it, will I be able to play in 12 hours?
I've been playing the new order recently and it's been a pretty decent game but then I got to the part with the hebrew manuscript and was completely turned off.
Is this some kind of Jew propaganda or something? Should I even bother finishing the game?
No, the game is actually oddly politically neutral for a nazi killing game, and even a bit sad.
It shows how the ideologies of a few leads to the suffering of many, how we are willing to sacrifice innocent lives to do "the right thing." Even if it ultimately accomplishes nothing.
The real question is how in the fuck there's still a Jew in a concentration camp in the year 1960. I guess The New Order is a lot like real life in that
the Holocaust never happenedand there's a secret Nazi Moonbase with laser guns.
What's a game where I can play as a Wizard, /v/?
>my parents havent spoken to me in a week after telling them i am leaving my engineering degree to pursue a professional esports career
how can i convince them /v/
There is no skill involved in these types of games. No wonder people think Action games are just mindless button smashers. The fun comes from finding new gear to defeat enemies over and over again. Repeat. You aren't in a sense getting any better as a player. There is no dodge, roll, parry, block, timing, challenge, etc.
Prove me wrong.

It's the Dark Souls of hardcore RPGs.
