ISFJ. Weirdly enough I used to always get INFP before from these tests.
Don't really have a single favourite game. Some of my very favourites are TWEWY, DMC as a series and the original Dragon Age.
ace combat zero
>mistyped obivous 1 word captcha for 3 times in a row
what the fuck moot
Wouldn't it be more interesting to show your 3x3?
Pic related, but if I had to choose, then probably between TWEWY and Dangan 2
I find it funny how a few years ago when these tests were done, almost every single person was INTP or INTJ. If you don't think 4chan has become normalfag central, you're out of your fucking mind.
In regards to the SJW and Anti-SJW question, ISTP would be the most anti-SJW due to introverted thinking making judgments through internal logic and reasoning (does this make sense or is true based on what personally makes sense) and perceiving using extraverted sensing (concrete perception). Also, extraverted feeling is the function inferior meaning less likely to make judgments based on how proper it is to others. The most SJW would be your INFP. Introverted feeling relies on decision making through personally held convictions which do not need to be logical and extraverted intuition allows for seeing multiple correlation between things which may not necessarily be directly related. ENFJ may also be just as much SJW due to extraverted feeling being based on external values (more values based on community harmony) and introverted intuition allowing for greater depth into that whole pattern recognition shit.
>do this test
I am a fucking faggot, aren't I
I replay The Secret of Monkey Island every year for about 10 years now, guess it makes it my favourite.
You aren't stuck in the middle. That would imply a very weird cognitive function stack considering how completely different the two types are. If you are having a hard time determining INTJ or INTP, then try to figure it out without doing a test. When you talk, do you constantly hesitate mid sentence to determine the most accurate term to describe what you are meaning? Do you have a really hard time focusing on one subject and tend to bounce around from different ideas? Do you like to think in abstracted systems? Are you plagued by indecision and use a lot of maybes and rights? and other shit in conversation? If these apply, you're probably an INTP. Do you consider yourself a strategist able to see further into the future than most (not mystical shit but like determining a likely sequence of events)? Do you like to plan shit? If a person who was an expert in a field had evidence to back up a claim, would you take their word for it? If these apply, you're an INTJ. Two completely different function stacks. The only way you'd be in the middle between the two is if you had almost no cognitive function preference.
Most people who fight strongly based on any beliefs instead of considering all the possibilities are crazy. As far as your typing, it would make sense. Dominant extraverted intuition can lead to greater breadth of understanding but can leave you on the fence a lot.
I hate how all of these descriptions are supposed to make each type feel like the smartest, coolest, nicest person. I'd prefer more negative assessment. Plenty of these types are pricks in real life.
btw, anyone wants to play?
I always wondered how is the multiplayer for grand strategy.
If you can't infer any negative points from the positive ones, you're a dumbass.
>You love being social and outgoing!
>Negative: You can be annoying to those that don't want to hear about it or don't care what you have to say
c'mon, finding opposites is basic shit.
>having a favorite game
If you can name one game as your absolute favorite, then you haven't played enough games.
Introverts are so fucking high maintenance and they like to pretend they aren't
I think I'm starting to realize I don't belong here anymore.
>Used to be INTP for years of my life, even after I finished highschool
>Never had a girlfriend or kissed anyone
>Just had sex for the first time last weekend with a girl I'm passionately in love with for the last year
>realize I'm completely on the extrovert scale now
>love hanging out with friends irl and visiting places
>hardly play any vidya except for some MMOs and LoL
I don't even know why I come here anymore.
this isn't what an introvert is. it seems to be this mass belief that this is what being introverted is. on both 4chan and tumblr and fucking everywhere. this picture describes somebody with general anxiety disorder. jesus christ
Zone of the Enders The Second Runner
Not necessarily. Sure based on the personality descriptions, but based on the functions that the four letter type indicator is based on, definitely. Introversion/extraversion (I/E) in regards to a judging function only describes whether a judgment is going to be made primarily through the outside world versus internal shit. INFPs are the idealists. Introverted feeling can be incredibly myopic and only consider values or decisions that are congruent with personal convictions. Extraverted feelers (ESFJ, ISFJ, ENFJ, INFJ) base more on harmony and shared values. Also, ENFP is dominant extraverted intuition which means far more indecisiveness. The only type that would give INFP a run for their money in regards to the functions would be an ISFP with a strong dom/tert relationship as the third function (introverted intuition would close off more possibilities in favor of depth in one subject) overpowering the others.
The introversion and extraversion shit does not equate to social ability.
Mah personality niggas. Let's go to a party and talk about feelings.
>tfw I'm not autismal
I actually already knew this, because I've been officially tested for it.
These tests take to long. Especially that last one. Holy fuck that was retarded.
>I'm always swinging between INTJ and INTP
>Team Fortress 2 (But lately I've been playing too much league of lesbians)
Dont worry about feeling like you belong anon. I've been extrovert all my life but 4chan and /v/ offer me something that is almost impossible to get anywhere else. I got out and hang with people almost every weekend but that doesnt stop me from coming here. I check /v/ on my phone alot.
At the same time coming on 4chan doesnt define me as a person, it is just something i do. I thought i out grew 4chan about 4 years ago but i realized i just outgrew /b/ and started exploring other boards.
tl;dr being extrovert doesnt mean you outgrew 4chan
Did this a few days ago. Got INTP, makes kind of sense except that I am shit at math and dont consider myself particularly intelligent.
>Your neurodiverse (Aspie) score: 63 of 200
>Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 143 of 200
>You are very likely neurotypical
When you guys pick your favourite game do you just kind of pick an arbitrary one that you really enjoyed at some point? There are so many games I fucking love that I find it hard to pick a single one and always just pick one randomly, normally the one I played most recently
Fallout 3 is the best RPG ever made
Either test is bullshiting me, either I bullshit myself. I'm not confident nor smart.
There's /co/ version of the results, can anyone post it?
I go by a few different things, like how much I like it right now, how long I've liked it for (so it withstood the test of time and isn't just some temporary hype thing), how many hours I spend on it, etc.
For example, JA2 was my favourite game for a long time, but now I haven't played it in quite a long time so I don't name it as my favourite anymore, but some new game that I'm totally obsessed with won't make my favourite list either because I might not give it a second glance a month from now.
A tie between Elona+, Project M, and Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen.
Have you ever liked a game so much that you couldn't stop thinking about it?
Like, in the bathroom or in the shower, all you do is think about new strategies or combinations or playstyle, maybe an activity you would like to do, or how to improve the game.
Maybe you visited the wiki and read 90 wiki pages in a row?
Maybe you went as far as creating fan-art, posting about it on some sort of media, changing your profile picture... recommending it to friends on steam, even gifting it?
Passionately inmersed in the game and its community?
Then, i don't know, pick the game you've played the most.
let's take this shit a step further
My favorite game is Bomberman 64
People seem to think I'm just some sort of retro junkie but I can't even stand looking at older games if they have shit mechanics.
Maybe it stems from a time when me and my father interacted with eachother and actually played games before I grew into this distant, bitter man.
He just got out of the hospital for surgery on his hip.
He was talking about how fun it would be to play bomberman again, and that we should get a 64.
Sadly, times are tough now, and even with christmas nearing I can't find another job after being fired.
War is hell.
strange, a few years earlier when I took it it was INTJ
fav game is either Deus Ex or Vampire Bloodlines, can't decide
Darksiders 2 or the Ace Attorney games.
Being an autistic neckbeard is suffering
>No one can stop you from dreaming ;_;
I don't have a favorite game
Princess Maker 2, original Xcom, master of orion 2, civilization series are the ones I most played though
Paper Mario: TTYD
>You are one of the Explorers - a bold and freedom-loving individual who enjoys pushing the limits and exploring the unknown. You are known for your quiet nature, artistic skills and ability to improvise. Above you will find a brief overview of your personality traits - proceed to the type overview to learn much more about your personality type. Prepare to be impressed.
This could not be more fucking wrong, aside from pushing limits, but only in Video games.
Your neurodiverse (Aspie) score: 96 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 135 of 200
You are very likely neurotypical
These tests isn't very accurate I got INTJ this time, but I get ISTJ more often.
Either way my favorite vidya is Metal Gear Solid 3
>no gay sex with hats on
no idea what it means but I guess i'm not autist
>husbandu is ViVi the Black mage
>am an INTJ
No favourite vidya tho, can't decide off of my favourites
Damn, all these tests are so fucking long.
Multiple Personality Styles.
It doesn't look good, does it?
From the first thread with the personality styles thingy edited in.
Monkey Island 3
"Your personality style is:
Your test scores suggest that your personality style entails: A defect in your ability to form social relationships and an under-responsiveness to all sorts of stimuli. You exhibit an intrinsic emotional "flatness" where the highs don't get too high and the lows don't get too low. Emotions like joy, anger, and sadness do not move you as much as they move other people. Your natural state appears to be one where you have "retired" a bit into yourself, which is one source of the calmness that characterizes your normal state. Unlike what might be expected, your passivity and lack of vitality is not a form of self-protection, but simply seems to be your natural state."
All I've got out of this is that I'm not a very good person.
These words are too hard for me so I don't really know if I have the mental problems of an average person
I usually get INTP or INTJ on these tests, can't say I'm all that surprised.
Monster Hunter is my favorite vidya series, though I've only played MHFU, MH3 and MH3U.
My favorite vidya games are: Portal and System Shock 2
ENTJ, a rare one but it suits me perfectly.
Mount and Blade Warband
>ENTJ, a rare one but it suits me perfectly.
Favorite Vidya: Sins of a Solar Empire, Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War, and Red Alert 2.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Sky
I don't really know how accurate that test was though. And I selected one if the yes options for indecisive and no for perfectionist, but the strengths/weaknesses page said I'm decisive and a perfectionist.
Expected this, though am not considering myself depressed.
probably a sample size of 20 people and not even people that did the "real" test.
Myers Briggs holds only slightly more weight than a horoscope, but without the benefit of getting a special gemstone color/zodiac sign
"A preoccupation with matters of order and control. Not only are you supremely well organized and settled into your usual and familiar routines, you also believe that others should be. This may lead the people around you to perceive you as a moralistic stickler and a busybody - someone who's always pointing out the inefficiencies and mistakes of others, smugly flaunting your own successes as a model for others to follow. Unbeknownst to yourself, however, one reason that you cling to the rules is because you feel that you constantly must fight off urges to let loose in order to be worthy of love and respect. You most likely have unacknowledged feelings of anger and defiance that you hide away from the world, attempting instead to present a perfect façade that others may admire and respect."
Not too bad r-right?
I am constantly shifting between ENTJ and INTJ; there must be something wrong with me.
>uses the word faggot
Anytime I use the word faggot outside of 4chan, or my one friend who doesn't care, everyone jumps on me like I'm some kind of misogynistic kkk neo nazi and try to put me down as hard as they can. Most people don't tolerate that word... but why do you?
Fuck you all, plebs.
>do this test
>add up %s
>multiply by 6
so the highest possible is 9000
>it's now your power level
Street Fighter 2
I'm surprised by the results I'm seeing itt, a few years back literally everyone but me got INTJ/INTP.
I don't mind introverts themselves but this weird proliferation of "introverts are special snowflake master race" clickbait articles over the past couple years has really weirded me out.
>Thank you for completing our personality test - >here is a copy of your results:
>Your personality type: INTJ (assertive variant)
>Strength of individual traits: Introverted: 25%, >Intuitive: 18%, Thinking: 40%, Judging: 24%, >Assertive: 26%.
These tests are horseshit, and I hope that none of you guys take it seriously.
I'm ENFP and the two NMH games are my favorite games on Wii. Favorite game of all time has to be Gitaroo Man, though.
I find it the opposite. The more I think of something to say, the more I fuck up trying to say it. If I say something as soon as the idea pops in my head, it usually comes out naturally.
People are always doing that shit to make themselves feel better. They assume that everyone thinks there's something inherently wrong with introverts and aspire to change general opinion.
INTJ: shrill butthurt assburgers
INTP: smug productive aspie
INFJ: the teacher from beavis and butthead
INFP: quiet waifu-having aspie
ENTJ: angelica's mom from rugrats
i'd do more but eh these the only spot-on ones i could think of the other day
>They assume that everyone thinks there's something inherently wrong with introverts
All the loudest people do, and introverts make up a much smaller percentage of the population, not that I've ever read a good article about it though, they are all clickbait
I've taken these kinds of test before. According to this test, I'm an ISTP. According to another I did not too long ago, I'm and INTJ or INTP, which I think I'm close to.
My favorite video games are P3, TWEWY and Xenoblade.
>INTJ: shrill butthurt assburgers
It's because those two are the default-nerd and are kinda tough mindsets to carry into adulthood intact. It's why they're so common on 4chan but only like 4% of the general population. Some people end up getting friends and growing more extroverted (in other words, they were only introverted due to never knowing otherwise), some people have to support themselves early and get a very day-by-day mentality that makes them ISTP, etc.
Have you fucking met a middle-aged INTJ? Imagine the most stereotypical nitpicky /v/irgin possible and him trying to make that shit fly in an irl work setting.
Can someone explain to me why so many people are getting INTJ/INTP?
Aren't these personality types supposedly rare?
I also keep getting INTJ on all of these retarded quizzes, and I don't think it's accurate.
This whole Myers-Briggs test seems like some sort of stupid bullshit based on people that can feel like special snowflakes.
Tales of Vesperia.
Someone last thread told me Yuri was basically an ISTP as well. Thinking back, it's kind of on point.
this little overview also supports what my career is so this test seems interesting
>AND 100% masochistic
>Aren't these personality types supposedly rare?
Why do you think I come here? to hang out and talk with any E's?
n...not going to be some b..bondage trap anon
Something a lot of these "introverts are better than you" websites fail to note is the fairly even split between introverts and extroverts in the general population. A lot of introverts tend to have a skewed view of their "rarity".
among people who study mbti a lot, intj is thought to be one of the more obnoxious and tough to deal with types. just read the description, it's basically asperger's on a smaller scale.
I'm suprised at how many people on /v/ seem to be extroverts.
I scored an INTJ on all tests and I didn't bother to skim the sauced up compliments in what was suppose to change my perspective on myself. It made me feel like some angsty 16 year old girl that is having an emotional week at school, with a mix of Sheldon cooper and Sherlock Holmes. Really, all I have is just an anxiety disorder, not a neuropathic Observational Obsession (special snowflake) with detail or something.
You can easily tell they just threw together a bunch of scientists and thinkers to makie you feel better about yourself, nobody who is extroverted usually takes these tests, it's Introverts, so it's all about a constant market of idiots that need gratification about their low self esteem.
it was hopelessly introverted back in 2009
seriously, old /r9k/ organized a massive fucking test-taking across various boards, /v/ was so much more INTP/INTJ-heavy than what you're seeing now it was a point of ridicule amongst the other boards since those two types are thought to be kinda spergy
also 2009 was probably the worst year for /v/ and i'd say things have been slowly getting better since
musical theatre i don't know why i'm here either
I don't really know if I have a favorite, but I always come back to play Doom
>I find it hard to believe anyone who browses /v/ for fun is very motivated or plans everything out.
That's looking at the idealized view of INTJ/INTP.
The more realistic view is of being prone to argument/bickering, eager to point out perceived flaws/disagreements, and being generally impersonable.
My nigga. I'm a Chemical Engineer who does backstage and onstage work in the student productions at my Uni. Money is kind of important to me though, so I don't think I could take the plunge into a theater major. I get my fix through volunteering and Student Organizations.
you and your damn stable income
I discovered I was into musical shit in high school a couple years ago. Working on my actor's equity card now, thanks to my friend's connections.
I gotta say it's nice to have an artistic passion.
I did theater through high school as well. I was one of the few kids who was both a techie and actor.
People called me the Hybrid. The name stuck so well my Technical Director let me put "The Hybrid" as my position on one of our backstage shirts. I still wear it.
I get type casted as the "Old Man" when I act, but I do carpentry and stage management as crew. How about you?
>I had sex guys! I'm alpha now
jesus christ, you have convinced me I don't belong here any more
I literally don't understand what most of these words mean or what this chart represents
Ironic that I get multiple personality disorder with my favorite game
I only ever worked tech and stage management during high school - both for senior-directed plays that went rather well. But I was mainly just a baritone singer/actor dude. I was in the choir all four years, and did a bunch of extracurricular singing stuff. Just wish I took more drama classes - turned out they were hella interesting.
And I got typecast as an older dude a helluva lot in high school. Whether it be knight or radio announcer douchebag. Deep voice and beard helped that along.
Not to say I didn't enjoy those roles - I just would've liked something a bit less flat than HONORABRU KNIGHT or slimy bastard.
That being said, I'm looking forward to the future. If I can get this card out of the way I'm on the fast track to getting some repute.
Are you me?
I was a band kid. Played Bass clarinet. Deep bass voice, and a goatee. My favorite role was playing Jacob Marley in a Christmas Carol. Best of luck with your acting mate.
Why don't you just post *fedora* and say "hurr 2edgy4me"?
>Instead of making a valid point, calls me a fedorafag
My guidance teacher in highschool gave me a test because he thought I was a Sociopath.
>Favorite vidya: Paper Mario TTYD
let's be friends
My favorite game is Mountain Blade
4 results all INTJ
Have we made a discovery?
I'm just going to list my favorite games from my two favorite series, simply because I do not have a definitive favorite...
Metal Gear Solid 2 & 3
TLoZ: Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, A Link to the Past
Also, my two favorite games of last gen:
Dark Souls, Dragon's Dogma
It changes until you grow up and keep a personality
No, just a constant ego boost with inconsistent celebrities to compare your skewed results to their achievements.
From an apparently INTJ masterrace snowflake
ESFJ: Fighter (Warrior Archetype)
ISFJ: Fighter (Defender Archetype)
ISFP: Rogue (Thief Archetype)
ESTP: Rogue (Swashbuckler Archetype)
>diagnosed with aspergers as a child
>always been a huge fucking failure that relied on everybody else to get by
>can't hold a job
>can't hold a conversation
>can't even go to the store without making a fool out of myself
>Your neurodiverse (Aspie) score: 48 of 200
>Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 164 of 200
>You are very likely neurotypical
I'm a smart kinda guy, but I don't have the attention span for RPGs, RTS games, and super open ended stuff. I like somewhat linear games, and platformers. Anything with adventure, good music/atmosphere, and fun combat.
nah brah, i'm an INFP and I absolutely loathe SJWs. Sure, it's easy to say they're all hippy dippy losers that are constantly blubbering about "m-muh feelings." The thing is, that's only true with underdeveloped INFPs, which are relatively rare since their high sensitivity means they need to grow the fuck up more and faster than most other types.
The most typical INFP, especially in modern society, is actually more of a Holden Caulfield type -- constantly bemoaning how the world lacks any real authenticity and sporting a massive chip in his shoulder. Many types, especially S and T types, are incapable of truly understanding and empathizing with the real downtrodden and minorities so they rely on topical "signs." SJWs take advantage of this by either posing as a victim or making up some false crusade by manipulating and exaggerating the fuck out of those signs. INFPs can see right through them, as can other more developed types, but a whole lot of people fall for it hook line and sinker. The difference is that INFPs take it personally, since feelings are their bread and butter and they're idealistic as fuck, whereas other types are more able to just shrug it off as people being stupid.
There's too many games I love but for this post i'm just gonna go with Project Diva 2nd
>take career quiz on similarminds
>suggested careers: assassin, slacker, mercenary, astronaut
>I'm actually not kidding
>Looking at this post.
>Seeing Paladin set for ENFP.
>Look up Paladin in Google Image search.
>Find Picture to the left
Oh hell yeah.
We're similar INTPs. My psychologist told me I'm like, the most INTP INTP ever. Okami is my kind of fuckin game. Fluid, creative fun, yo. I get really competitive with shooters and MOBAs, but I just love 3rd person adventure games. I've beaten Sonic Adventure about 12 times and it's still fun.
Shit test. Understanding that you're a piece of shit and that you should avoid people doesn't make you depressive or masochistic; I don't particularly feel paranoid either, I just don't have any faith or trust in other people.
