Public service reminder: Do not marry your best friend's daughter.
It will make dinner very awkward.
What about his sister?
Persona is one of the few games I got gud at, but still ended up disliking.
Whoooooooooooooooooooooa....................... Hey Robin..............................Welcome to FE games.....
Robin gets fired, leaves, moves to a peasant village, and marries a nameless peasant woman.
The game is now about caring for your cute, little, poor nameless peasant family as a salaryman.
well we can always return to not shadow dragon
Technically, the tactician was hired to join the shepherds and that's it. That whole exalt-rescuing business just kinda happened.
And they got their bloody vengeance against the Plegians, which is all Emmeryn could have asked for... Right?
man the closest we ever gotten is mercenaries and even then they had some dumb royal connection.
Even Tharja and Henry?
Yeah, I wish it was more about picking your contracts, and waging your fights the way you want, but that's asking for innovation here.
I also wish Radiant Dawn wasn't 150 fucking euros on secondary markets so I could play it one day since I can't run Dolphin
>part 1 this is looking alright a rebellion to get daein back in its rightful hands
>part 2 a rebellion in crimea that's neat
>part 3 1st half fuck yeah greil mercenaries
>part 4 random events that keep telling you that this character was dead but not really. Oh btw Ike Zelgius
is black knight because fuck you plot
What would you like to see from the new Fire Emblem?
I was feeling charitable in my first play-through and wanted the best for the little guys, hence why I coupled her with
Ricken - rolling around with an OP husband/wife mage/sorceress duo was great.
And on that subject:
everyone you killed in FE11 gets revived because fucking bullshit magic ancient evil awakens again.
Game is fun though.
no need to be a negative nancy. I enjoyed it for what it is.
I can't get to marry Ricken with anybody really. I just dislike the character way too much, even though his inheritances are godly.
Libra as dragonfucker
> What you'd like to see
A refreshing tale, firm in the basics of what makes fire emblem, but with an Eastern spin. Loyalties, treasons and tactical goodness all round, with some interesting gameplay innovations that strengthen the setting.
> What we'll get
Forced mariage/children system for some weird reason. Also, since it's with samurais and shit, everybody has a killing edge.
>everybody has a killing edge.
you will never be safe
>Have my Wii U set up
>Some random guy strolls into my room and notices
>Asks me if I want a free Wii game since he can't play it
>Sure why the fuck not
>He brings me back FE for the Wii
>Open it up
>Has the Gamecube disc inside too
>Both for absolutely free
> everybody has a killing edge
Stupid sexy same-sex shota relationships
Thought: if man law dictates that after knowing a guy for 24 hours his sister(s) is/are off limits, does this extend to daughters?
Think about it this way.
You wouldn't marry your best friend's sister in real life, would you?
D-D-DONT TOUCH ME YOU FILTHY CASUAL
All Fire Emblem games are about strategy first, and then find out how to break the game by making your units strong, and then reliably steamroll the entire game.
Every single FE game is like this, don't attribute this single flaw to Awakening just because you're too buttmad about it saving the series.
My best friend's sister is a total qt3.14 and likes vidya and anime. She doesn't give a shit about feminism and knows how to be a good mom. Their whole family likes me too and her brother would probably prefer that I marry her over some jerk.
Not gonna go after her until I finish my Finance degree though.
Oh I'm already making the moves and maintaining a healthy relationship, I'm just not committing to anything serious yet. She's a little younger than me (she's 18)and her family's quite conservative, so I'm okay for now.
