I'm not really into KI, but Aganos is a 10/10 character design. With all of these edgy monsters and badasses fighting each other, it's nice to play as a gentle creature just trying to add beauty to the world.

The only blunders I'd say are sword arm Ike and Micaiah. Both were done by guest artists who never did FE before

Nah, literally every basic class design was overdesigned animu garbage. It was a stark downgrade from the quality functional armor we'd come to expect from the franchise. A few of the guest artists did okay with redesigns but most were horrible. Roy, Elincia, Eirika, all absolute abominations.

Not really. Armor for 6-8 was pretty bland outside of a few exceptions.
9-10 are god tier, 11 was shit, 12 was amazing and 13 was alright. Only really shitty ones in awakening were knights and generals, with maybe the toiler helps on cavaliers in there too.
The fact that someone that thought that this is ok cracks me up.
But Awakening's armor is even more bland than 6-8. It's 6-8's armor with a bunch of weird alien-looking shit and pointy parts for no reason and stupid looking shields.
10/10 Olympia is the best character in the series.

Alright alright. I'll explain how Vi is not a good design. The rendering is good but the design is not. She could have been but the artist made wrong design decisions along the way, given that the LoL lore is already a clusterfuck of a universe to base a character in.
There is no focal point in her design. So many details craving for attention leaves the eyes confused on what to look at. More details mean having more chances of the artist making a wrong decision, like how it's harder to micro manage more units in an RTS. There's nothing wrong with very detailed art but the artist has to be up to the task.
Look at the hair, it's form is too ambiguous. Is it short or long? How do those long locks at the back connect to her hairdo as a whole? It looks tacked on and doesn't belong in the design. It doesn't do the design any good. Even just the head part, it's already cluttered. She has goggles, a tattoo on her cheek and even a neck strap. Just one accessory could have sufficed. The artist didn't give the viewer's eyes a chance to rest.
Factoring in the character's consistency with the universe the artist is supposed to base it on makes it even more of a train wreck.
