PC will never get bloodborne, confirmed again
As if it couldn't have been said any more times, there is confirmation once again that ps4 is the only platform where you will ever be able to play this game.
>With Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, and this time around with Bloodborne, each game has its own taste, or style, while being similar in various ways
>Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, and this time around with Bloodborne
There you have it. DS2 is officially the black sheep.
so bloodborne is DIFFERENT from demon souls -and- dark souls?
so demon souls was linear, dark souls was open world, and bloodborne will be something different?
maybe because Yharnam is just one location you are free to explore instead of being entirely different worlds ala dark souls?
in a way, i'm excited that you can ONLY explore Yharnam, the game will feel more like castlevania symphony of the night that way
I'm serious, I don't give a shit. I don't like challenging games, I like games that let me unwind and relax.
If I were looking for a challenge, I would go off and do something else, something that is uniquely me. Beating a super-difficult game is a waste of time, you can find a hundred other schmucks who've done the same. I'd rather spend my time doing something more productive.
I'm just sick of these fucking threads that hold up BB like the descent of Mohammed or some shit.
If they're talking about the way the levels are laid out then yeah, this is pretty much the one thing that makes sense. Though having a 'Yharnam Swamp' and a "Yharnam Forest' and 'Yharnam Catacombs' isn't really all that different from what DS1 did.
What I take away from this interview is that not only is Miyazaki one of the greatest game developers alive, he's also a god on earth who everyone respects and admires.
Playstation and Miyazaki are a match made in heaven, and maybe now we can get a Good Armored Core game, or a new ACE game that doesn't suck.
Bloodborne is going full open world metroidvania.
The hunter's refuge hub is a simplistic "tutorial" hub to give you a safe haven while you explore the city of yharnam at your liesure
Once you have completed all of yharnam a plot twist happens, hunter's refuge is destroyed, and -the entirety of the city of yharnam- becomes the hub world.
Second half of the game onwards fast travel is completely removed, and Yharnam itself becomes a larger, dangerous nexus. Each section of yharnam (upper yharnam, lower yharnam, etc.) Leads to a "world" a LA demon's souls, as well as having smiths, vendors, covenants, and PvP spread throughout.
In central yharnam inside the cathedral, just like in the center of the nexus, the final boss will be waiting to be unlocked
Demon's Souls is one of the most linear games ever made
are you guys for real?
what zones/bosses can you skip in DeS? none.
you'd be surprised how many of the zones in DaS are optional because of the world design
Thats way too ambitious to even be hopeful specula
Open world means i dont have to go through boss X to get to Y level
there are multiple ways to your destination
>I'd rather spend my time doing something more productive.
This guy has a point. Same reason I don't play repetitive grinding games like Dota or MMOs. Same with Dark Souls. It's just trial and error, nothing that makes you think on your feet, just basic trial and error.
Would rather practice on guitar than play those kinds of games.
Just an opinion agreeing with another anon, /v/.
Try not to take it too seriously.
