>Record of Agarest Wars 2 is censored
>people start posting pics and links showing its amount compared to others games
>Ghostlight deletes and threatens to ban anyone that post those
The butthurt is REAL.
Yes. The only reason you would buy that game would had been for the loli massage.
I don't know, most censorship stuff pisses me off, but I don't really care so much in this case. Stuff shouldn't be censored out of principle but I understand why they did it here, and I don't really care in the end. Stuff like the Bravely Default censorship, where it's just completely misguided is what really gets me.
>Wasnt agarest really shitty anyway?
Yes. Sadly there are painfully few games with generational play and you probably played them all if you have any passing interest in the feature.
It's weird that they didn't censor the beta when I've played it.
I have no idea what game this is or what OP means since his grammer is horrible (What the fuck does "Record of Agarest Wars 2 is censored" mean?), but don't devs submit different versions of games to different regions all the time?
>Censor Agarest 2
>Way of the Samurai 4 where you can actually fuck lolis is uncensored
Oh, that makes more sense.
I thought record was a noun and "agarest war 2" was the title.
>but don't devs submit different versions of games to different regions all the time?
It's probably going to be pushed back by another month because of dumb issues, I don't think it's going to make the 27th.
> Well it is there's an online algorithm for checking every steam account thus knowing exactly how many people bought it.
What is he talking about? I can only find the steam charts (which are public), not sales
They do, like L4D2 and Saints Row having different steam versions depending on if you bought in the US compared to Australia or Germany. This is either the result of either the developers being lazy and just porting over the version with less content, or the developers having a vendetta against anything "loli", like Carpe Fulgur.
They license those games to censor them. They wanted to localize pic related so they could censor all the loli panties shots.
The hot spring scene in Fortune Summoners. How they added towels to a scene with exactly zero sexual implications because reasons. Also read into their workings with Xseed, and how they have to be constantly reeled in and regulated by Xseed so that they do butcher and censor everything.
I don't understand this kind of thing. Are they afraid of getting a higher rating? Do they want to appeal to a broader audience, even though 99% if not 100% of the players in this kind of game are weebs?
The only thing I can think of is a blind hatred for loli and/or weeb culture, like >>284585648 said. But that's retarded, because Agarest is 100% weeb.
Magical Battle Festa. It was localized by Playism. The only reason CF didn't put their hands on it was because of tits.
The Japanese devs were saying they were afraid westerners wouldn't like loli pantsu.
Well, this is a localization we're talking about. If they didn't want to do it, they could've...I don't know, focused their manpower on WotS4, maybe?
Thank god they didn't touch that.
AreaZero game with no loli pantsu = Not AreaZero game.
I think it's less that people are surprised and more that people want the game as it was originally intended to be without things being cut to make it more 'accessible'. Even though the target audience would more than likely be okay with it anyway.
>The only reason CF didn't put their hands on it was because of tits.
It says right fucking there it was because of SC. You know, Trails in the Sky SC, which they were busy translating at the time. Can you not understand your own "evidence?"
>they have to be constantly reeled in and regulated by Xseed so that they do butcher and censor everything.
Stop getting your information about everything from /v/ posts that don't understand what they're talking about.
