What were the best console exclusive games of last gen PC fags still can't play?
because you're a faggot
>liking Japanese games means you're a weeabo
>supporting Micrososhit, the biggest cancer to the video game industry
This underrated gem right here. One of my all time favorites.
The Atelier series is objectively great. Fight me you fucking faggots.
Nier was the hardest game to miss by a landslide
Bayonetta was good but DMC4 is better so they didn't miss much
Demon's Souls and Dragon's Dogma are also must plays
MGS4 is you're a MGS fan, I wish I had a dollar for all the youtube fags
Red Dead Redemption of course
that's all I can think of right now
because you obviously haven't played it, yet.
it's an old style turn based rpg with a RING system.
there's no QTE's
yeah, there ARE cutscenes, quite a few, but would you rather have to read and waste some pretty good voice actors?
you're still a faggot.
fuck outta here with that shit.
it's a legitimately good game that you won't even try because you're too much of a pinhead and your mustard race goggles are in.
get fucked by the mustard man, homo.
So you enjoy pressing one button and watching a ten second long animation for the thousandth time. What about starting a battle and watching the camera pan over the enemies and your party for five seconds?
It's possible to make turn based combat good if you can turn that animations off, but I'm afraid that doesn't happen much these days.
I'm not sure I'd rate it that highly, but it was definitely interesting.
The one-button combat turned me off a bit, and I stopped playing it for a long time.
But I came back to it recently, realized I was playing like shit by only using one weapon type, and suddenly the combat became a lot more involved
I actually think Nier was the best game of the last generation
>Only using one weapon type.
The game is built on the rock paper scissor style with the weapons. You're supposed to counter the enemies weapons with your own.
I actually really liked the one button combat. It made it very rhythmic, and when you got the feel for it there was a certain harmony to it. It all complimented the flowing minimalist style present in the visuals perfectly.
I think most people had no clue that you could even do combos by pressing the attack button fast or slow or holding, etc
>Tfw Nier was the only time the West got the superior version of a Japanese game
Yeah, for some reason I thought it was like "you can choose whatever weapon you want" rather than "you need to change your fighting style on the fly."
Once I stopped being retarded, the combat got a LOT better. The RPS thing, plus the different movesets and timing combos, so good. Learning the dodge function helped a lot too.
Just a heads up, you have to beat the game 4 times for the good ending. So do side quests because you need all the weapons to get it. Which you get by buying them and doing quests.
What exactly does being a 'pc fag' entail? Obviously pc users have enough money to buy a cheap PS3 on ebay/amazon for really cheap and all the exclusives they missed. That's what i did.
Now that UE4 is free, someone please remake this game for PC. All that was missing was a good PC port that didn't look ugly.
>mfw pcfag with all consoles
Stay mad that you need your parents to buy your systems, kiddies.
You want me to understand your sadness? You think I'm going to sympathize with you?
I swore to protect my daughter and my friends. If someone puts them in danger, they must stand aside or be cut down! Come on! Let's go!
>That's what i did.
PCfags don't do that.
They bitch and moan and create petitions or wait for emulators and then shitpost that they got the "superior version" a decade later.
The glorious PC master race shouldn't stoop so low as to join those dirty console peasants, for any reason!
Xenoblade Chronicles, The Last Story, Sin & Punishment Star Successor, Madworld, Pandora's Tower, No More Heroes 1 & 2, Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, Fire Emblem on Wii, Fatal Frame 4, etc...
It's sad Rockstar still hasn't given their best game the same treatment/remake/PC port GTA V has/is getting. All the things they redid and updated for GTA were great, now just apply that to a game I actually want to replay and want new stuff (now matter how small/detail oriented it is) to do in.
I mostly liked the narrative style of the game. The visual style of each level tells just as much about the story as the dialogue does. Most people don't take the time to look at things like this though, and just write the game up as being "pretty".
The motorcycle level being used to represent the unnatural technology Azazel gave to the humans, the pop concert scene being used to represent the human's love for that particular fallen angel (they thought of him like we might think of a pop star today), the festival level with fireworks and singing children being used to represent how happy the humans were living with the fallen angels, and so on. It was so subtle, but there was so much thought put into each and every thing in the game.
Why? Also, I'm a PC owner and I've played all of those except for Dead Rising. Like any rational and not dirt poor person, brand loyalty doesn't stop me from playing my vidya.
>The Last Story
>Fire Emblem Wii
It's like you don't realize Wii is easy to emulate.
I was also going to post a few Wii games there but since it's pretty easy to emulate them, let's leave at that.
No no, some have enough money but usually have MUH PC PRIDE so they won't buy it because "it will encourage the bastards to make more games to consoles" and then moan about why the exclusives won't go to PC.
You aren't a PC fag.
It's fine if you don't like Sony but there's no need to lie, anon.
>>285776314 talk about 360 games that never got their respect. as well as the many shmups on the platform, some that never made it over.
And...? Its not legal when using ROM's of commercial games.
PS3 emulation is possible, by end of this year we could get playable framerate from 60fps games possibly.
To me I'd put it Dante (3/4) Bayonetta 2 >= Vergil (lets see how he will be in 4) > Nero. I haven't played DMC4 in a few years, but Nero always just felt like a somewhat more developed style that Dante should just have.
That being said, DMC4 had some...obvious improvements.
Why are Sonyponies always mad at Xbros?
We're just having some nice mindless fun with our console here.
>And...? Its not legal when using ROM's of commercial games.
>PS3 emulation is possible, by end of this year we could get playable framerate from 60fps games possibly.
These games were fun if inferior to DMC. and hey tits.
>And...? Its not legal when using ROM's of commercial games
HAHA moralfags everyone.
Game I just posted. Then if you have a vita, play totori+ after and end with Meruru+. If you don't have a vita, the PS3 releases are fine. Plus versions add a few things but theyre not necessary. After you beat the Arland series, start on Dusk. Ayesha just got a plus version on vita and Escha is coming to vita soon as well. Shallie the newest game, gets released on PS3 in like a week.
>Rumble Rose XX
I didn't even know about this one.
These niche/weeb games on 360 were so misplaced, almost all of them flew under everyone's radar.
There just isn't a market for those on Xbox.
Most PC exclusives these days are indie games that aren't that hard to run
PC exclusives from the past are also easy to run now
Anyone could play them if they want as long as they have a fairly recent computer.
This was on PS2
>Looking online videos how to mod my console to obviously play pirate games because I obviously don't fucking care if I can emulate a Snes or play mp3s on my Wii
>Yeah so when you do this I don't condone piracy in any form guys think of the developers!
>Laugh at him while I torrent 50+ games
>playing that game with a PS2 controller
