Graphical options exist for a reason. Almost nobody uses them to their benefit though and low and max look more or less the same. It being downgraded for everything is a bad thing. There's no reason for it. No good reason at least.

Taking as example a game that's barely in alpha stage is a very obvious bait. Next to none of it's level are textured, it's the only level that got actually release with some texture, but without full lightning effect. Character model and weapon model aren't even implemented yet, most of them are model directly took out UT3 as a place holder.

They base their comparison of very vague and/or arguable stuff. The most technical shit they speak about is the vram quantity, which doesn't mean much, and compare it to vram quantity of console. Which is retarded considering the fact the ram management isn't the same at all between the plateform. Console only have a pool a vRam that have to serve everything, for instance. Also, even when speaking only about GPU usage, vRam doesn't mean that much. Even between computer GPU of the same brand, it's doesn't mean shit. Some GPU are ridiculously weak but boast with "4Gb of Vram" because of marketing, while some 1Gb vram are actually more powerful. Truth is that there's way more parameters. It doesn't mean much and yet that's basically what cinemablend uses as major argument to claim that "Most PC Gamer have weaker PC than PS4, Xbone". It might be true, it might be not. In any case, it's ridiculous.
For instance, you can see in the steam survey that a bit more than 50% of pc player play at 1080p or higher (if you include multi-monitor resolution). 1080p is more than what console can usually handle, does that mean that a majority of pc player have a rig more powerful than PS4 ? I could claim so, but it would be as biased as the conclusion of cinemablend.

W3 UI looks almost exactly the same. It does seem like they added in a grid but other than that it looks just as shitty. And if the in game UI looks the same as OP's image that is pretty awful.
The PS4 version of Ground Zeroes is the equivalent of low settings on PC, and it still doesn't maintain a constant 60 fps.

In addition, with PC you get feature left out from the console version, such as 64 players map on Battlefield, or mods in many games.
