To be honest, as someone who has a 6 year old PC, I'm quite glad that I still get to play almost all triple A releases perfectly fine without any framedrops at medium or even high settings. If I was a console player I'd be kinda pissed though that this game looks exactly the same on the current gen consoles as FO3 looked many years ago on the last gen.
Incidentally, high quality textures don't require processing power, only memory. That's how they can look good on consoles too, especially since JK2 has so careful texture placement it still consumes jack shit memory.

Because the lod is obvious still shit regardless of resolution. There's obviously no bump mapping. The textures are obviously low res muddy shit. The lighting and shadows are n64 tier.
Making a picture grainy with low res doesn't make you fucking blind. You can still see the technical aspects beyond its resolution if you aren't a fucking moron
