all of their t1 cruisers are top tier

vexor navy issue is top tier
not if you're good, I've used it a bunch of times. it's very fast if you active tank it rather than shitting it up with plates.
the only concern is fighting afterburner frigates in lowsec and getting kited by frigates in lowsec plexes.
I get around these problems by carrying a mobile depot, warp stabs and and spare stasis web in my cargo. that way if I fuck up and get permatackled I can stab out, or if some obnoxious armor tracking disruptor hookbill gets under my guns I can stab out or get the second web on and shit on him.

for rigs, either a damage rig like the collision accelerator or a polycarbon engine housing to go faster, then the third should be a nano pump to make the armor repairer work better

CCP's API system is just the most fucked up thing.
There's so many exploits, like feeding locator agent data through the API to expose the ship, fitting, and exact position in space of a target. Then there's the moon goo one which can tell what a moon produces if someone got killed on its grid.

hell the cormorant gets a double optimal range bonus AND a tracking bonus, meanwhile the coercer just gets a regular optimal bonus and a tracking bonus

It couldn't fit in a frigate. It was one of the armor plates which was the best LP:ISK I could get for that LP brand, which could actually sell instantly in Jita.

the catalyst is just better purely because it puts out more DPS at better ranges and even up close

it's -50% not -100%. get good, nobody else manages to cap out in a coercer. if you manage to live long enough to cap out, consider yourself lucky and look at the big stack of frigates you killed.
nice comback for a shit destroyer that has the same cap regen of other destroyers and whose weapons use 50% more cap than hybrids even with the extra 50% to cap usage.

I have two ventures mining gas.
Venture A is flown by a skilled pilot with t2 gas harvesters and a max skill venture. A gets 2.67 m3s.
Venture B is flown by a scrub with t1 gas miners. B gets 1.59 m3s.
To maximize efficiency they decide that venture A should drop a certain amount of gas over to B's ore hold to prevent unnecessary trips.
The question is how many m3 of gas must A give to B for them to fill their holds at the same time?

If you want good medium range just get a trasher, you also get svipul tier alpha with it.
You want insane range? Rails cormorant.
You want Battleship dps in your face? Catalyst
Coercer sadly doesn't cut it and does nothing spectacular or unique.
The corm fit I have volleys for 354 and does 129 dps at 84k.
A coercer with dual light beams volleys for 460 and does 197 dps at 54k.
a really retarded coercer fit with focused beams and a pg implant can volley for 650 at 50k
harvester 2's cycle at double the amount that harvest 1's do
average that out for ever 2500m3 that Venture B harvests, Venture A harvests 5000m/3
thats your big hint and you should be able to get the rest of it

I don't think it's a viable solo fit at all if that's what you mean. I'm not really sure how to use pyfa to check damage against something like a frigate orbiting at close range. Is there a good estimate for angle and velocity I can use?

If a frigate is orbiting your sniping ship you're already dead.
At anything past 20kms you're gonna hit any T1 frigate in the game with small rails, and if its just burning sideways for maximum transversal then its not making any range on you and you can always just leave.
And sniping fits are viable for solo, as long as your targets are dumb, which is a lot of people.
That's what I assumed, but it's good to check and put numbers on things.
Regardless, there's not really a point in flying a beam coercer or a sniper corm solo. If you're flying with other people I think the coercer is definitely viable.
Tech2 huffers are twice the per-cycle yield, but also have a 33% longer cycle time.

It happened anyway, and like I said the new timers are screwed up too, they not within the normal durations that POCO timers can come out in, they're either impossibly short or impossibly long.
It remains to be seen if it's just the POCOs that were reinforced before todays patch deployment or if it's bugged across the board.
It seems like it's related to patch deployment today because the amount they recharged was basically as if they'd been recharging normally since downtime. There were multiple POCOs coming out so we FRAPSed one coming out and instantly being at 90% and took screenshots of the screwed up timers and submitted a support ticket about it.
But shit, it's still super annoying and we'll see tomorrow if POCOs turn out to be magically invulnerable again tomorrow or if they'll actually be destructible.

Confirming that reinforced customs offices begin recharging shields after downtime regardless of whether or not they are still in reinforced when downtime hits. This renders any customs office that recharges back above 25% before it exits reinforced mode totally invulnerable.
Words can't describe how upsetting this is.
I already reported it yesterday and included a video of it. Other people have apparently also experienced the same bug with both customs offices and POS towers. I haven't received a response yet.
It is upsetting because every day those POCOs aren't blown up Brave are getting money.

If the bug report clears and you no longer see it and its "closed" then the bug report was acknowledge, accepted and they're actively working on it
I submitted a bug report over the summer where I had an issue involving my tab system and my brackets seen in space and it seems to have been fixed in the september patch

you'll have to double click and space, know your surroundings and try not to get tackled, its an extremely rigorous and attention demanding series of techniques that really takes a lot to master
you need a really fast ship, you also need one that can shed light tackle easily, usually the "kite" ships like Slicers, comets, fast cruisers can do this

The one tat increases both Attack and Def, don' remember if it's star or POW.
Basically, every level there is one stat that is boosted more than the other, and it cycles. If you wanna have the highest rounded stats then you follow the pattern. But, character like bowser can't really utilise Special Attack Well, while Mallow and toadstool are not that good at physical attacks. So for bowser you can raise Attack/Def on Special boosted level without losing much effectiveness. Geno and Mario are mixed bags. Depends mostly on what you prefer.
