>you are unironically mad what games other people play
Can any of you tell me if there's any game modes in BO3 that don't have the retarded wall running because that kind of shit with the exosuits and faggots using boost jumping to get to impossibly high places is what turned me away from AW
>I suck at EVERY multiplayer game I play
It's not fair. I have to be good at something.
You'll get good eventually when I first started playing CoD back when MW2 was out I was fucking terrible and by BO1's release I was able to carry every match.
>tfw no qt jap gf to carry you on BO3
Square Enix had a good quarter.
All the comments to the news article is stuff like "Are you seeing this Wada?".
Square Enix fans in Japan hate him and blame him for pretty much everything bad that happened to SE. They call his tenure with the company the "dark ages", which was most of last gen.
>tfw normalfags invading /ps4g/ in droves because of BO3
>Battlefront release will be just as bad if not worse
BO3 isn't the best looking game but the lighting is really impressive for a 60fps game on console. The facebook compression doesn't do it justice
I have 100 of the queen's pound sterling.
What games should I buy fuccbois? I'm very tempted to get the new NFS because an independent shop near me is selling it for £35 new. I also like the look of it and don't care about the online only shit.
I already have Disgaea 5, Tales, Uncharted and Bloodborne
>you will know what it feels like to get a robot handjob in your lifetime
NFS seems to be kind of lacking in content and has rubberbanding AI. There's also some server issues, Jeff Gurstman was saying he bought a car, had the server time out then had an unselectable car in his garage.
BO3 is the best arcade shooter in a long time if you're into arcade shooters.
I'd say get Mushihimesama on steam
It depends on your taste and willingness to adapt, but yes, it is the fucking motherlode of gaming in 2015. It may not be the best videogame but it is the most videogame and it is constantly surprising and delightful.
It's a typical black ops campaign, there's some cool set pieces but it's the same ol' action movie ride. I think it's a little bit more interesting than the previous BO and AW but not quite the solid techno-thrillers MW 1 and 2 were
I think zombies has an actual campaign now? I haven't played it yet but supposedly it's more of an actual story than it's been previously
If you're just interested in the story I'd say rent it. It's worth that much at least
It's a co-op campaign. Dunno if it's good yet, but yes the entire game is pretty much multiplayer-only. You gotta have or make friends for it / on it.
This poster hasn't played the game and doesn't know what he's talking about.
Well, you said it was a "typical black ops campaign", which doesn't make sense for me when it's designed for four players with wide-open arenas and completely rebalanced such that a 1HP difficulty is conceivable (there is extensive and unavoidable chip damage in every other CoD game).
And "I think zombies has an actual campaign now?" is just kind of naive. It has two maps and bonus campaign remix maps; that's it. Also Dead Ops Arcade 2. Still a shitload of content given how big those maps are, and the extensive gumball / customization systems.
BO3's campaign is distinctly Black Ops making it typical. Just because they added some features doesn't mean it's not typical
I'd question why you're trying to have a nitpicky argument at 6 in the morning on 4chan but what else would a tripfag from /v/ do
Anything you can buy new in a store should be fine. I have a launch model and it's holding up great, it's a little louder than the newer ones but I haven't had any issues with it other than that.
Just get whatever special edition or bundle appeals to you the most
Canuck here thinking of getting a PS4 for weaboo games and the ocassional rooty tooty point and shooty to play with my friends.
What would be the best time to buy one? Should I wait for the holiday season?
Like a week beforehand maybe, I dread black fridays, I remember one time me and my uncle went downtown to buy some computer parts on black friday.
We spend half the day swimming through crowds, we had swiss chalet and watched tin tin though, fucking great movie
Well black friday is on the 27th I think so it should be close to that time. Some retailers normally announce their prices about a week beforehand while others don't. It's really up to the retailers though, Sony will provide the bundles and then places like Amazon will slap their own price on it whenever.
If I were you I'd just keep your money until the day and have a scout around. There's no better time to get a bundle than black friday.
Not sure if you guys have it in Canada but in the UK we have boxing day sales which are also pretty good for bundles.
A lot of online retailers are doing black friday month, so it could be good to check out amazon and newegg at least.
Last week woot had PS4s for $300, that's the lowest they'll go probably unless a retailer bundles an extra controller or something
Personally, I'd have no desire to stand outside for 3-4 hours just to save $50. Even if you're making minimum, the time (who are we kidding, this is 4chan), but more importantly the inconvenience just isn't worth it.
I am interested in what kind of bundles come out for the online retailers, though.
Well in my case I was standing in line because I didn't feel like waiting months for restocks. This was right after launch.
I agree about saving $50 but to be honest standing in line wasn't that bad, the people I was near were pretty cool so it was kind of a social gathering too.
>Even if you're making minimum, the time (who are we kidding, this is 4chan)
Spot on, desu though I'd rather wait in line than have to work another day, plus you have enough money to buy a game, or 10 pizzas
What a mysterious game
they should have just frontloaded it with the AI stuff instead of putting everything interesting in the last 1/3rd of the campaign
>unironically purchasing CoD and talking about it
I guess not even /ps4g/ is spared from the tumor.
/ps4g/ is worse in some ways because most people here haven't accepted that the PS4 is the new Xbox 360
It's popular, there's barely any JRPG/weeb games out, Sony are shilling third party multiplats hard and they are trying to force Microsoft out of their strongholds in the UK and US so you're getting exclusive CoD and FIFA shit.
Weebs need to understand that their studios like Japan Studio and first party titles are being funded by normie sales.
You do realize that PS2 was the original 360, right? Or you're maybe too young to remember that.
PS4 is 360 in that it requires paid online and the focus is on dudebro games. But Playstation has always thrived on normie sales.
Not really. But the rest of R2 is great.
He's right. This gen has been a joke for Jap games thus far. Bloodborne is the only must-play Jap game. By now, PS2 had so many cult classic Jap games releasing on it on consistent basis. Now it's just CoD and Ass Creed ad infinitum year after year. 2016 will probably be better but that's Three fucking years after launch. Nobody should have to wait that long for a dose of non-dudebro.
Just because there are a bunch of games you don't like doesn't mean they don't exist.
Okay. Also, Bloodborne is a JRPG, by the way, but I won't include it.
Tales of Zestiria.
Final Fantasy XHD/X-2(Should be two games but I'll give you a pass).
And this is discounting the Japanese JRPGs already released.
The top half of that image is highly misleading. Four of the games listed there were timed exclusives (Silent Hill 2, Grand Theft Auto III, Metal Gear Solid 2 and Baldur's Gate: DA) and were all ported to the Xbox within 12 months of their PS2 release - in fact, Silent Hill 2 was ported within 2001, releasing on the Xbox in December 2001, so wasn't even exclusive for the entire 'Fall and Holiday 2001' period the image is about.
There's also the fact DMC1 and FFX are no longer PS2 exclusives, but since those weren't ported to other platforms until later generations, listing them is a bit more understandable.
That list is shit. You're listing a PSP game, two PS2 games, one mosou game and two actual games properly made for PS4. A far cry from the days of DMC, GT3, MGS2, TTT, FFX, ICO, Silent Hill, Ace Combat and more.
I don't even care about exclusive status. Just the fact that there are less Jap games now than 15 years ago. And the fact that you're using games everyone played last gen is just sad.
I forgot that being a remaster stops a game from being good. Oh, so those games aren't good because you say they aren't?
Well, gladly enough they weren't in the five list. They were just an extra few JRPGs I put on the list to bust open your claim that they do not exist.
You realize this list is talking about JRPGs/weeb games for the PS4 and not just good games on the PS4, right? Please read the posts next time before you respond. You look like an idiot. Especially when DMC4, MGSV, FFX and X-2 are all out on PS4.
>I forgot that being a remaster stops a game from being good
Everyone played FFX 15 fucking years ago on PS2. If your only argument against the original claim is a JRPG from 15 years ago released as a quick cash-in, then you're just proving him right. I sure as fuck didn't buy a PS4 so I could play PS2 games in HD when I already have a PC capable of emulation.
This gen has been a bad joke. Two years in and literally only one game worth playing. They promised us faster production cycles with new architecture and engines but instead we just got more delays and more paywalls on top of that.
>If your only argument against the original claim is a JRPG from 15 years ago released as a quick cash-in,
If my argument to "There are no good JRPGs/Weeb games on this console" is "There are good JRPGs/Weeb games con this console, here they are" then my argument is proving that there are no good JRPGs/weeb games on the PS4?
So are you going to list PS2 JRPGs available on PS3 aswell due to BC? Most people already played FFX a decade ago. Most people already played DMC4 last gen. I may look like an idiot but you're the idiot for actually using last-gen ports to justify a $400 purchase. Just admit that this gen has been shit thus far and hopefully 2016 is better when we get more Japanese games.
>Just the fact that there are less Jap games now than 15 years ago.
There aren't. The difference is that there are less high end Japanese games because there are fewer Japanese publishers that can accomodate large scale projects relative to the era.
There are a metric fuckton of Japanese games on and coming to PS4. But they are not going to be at the same pace AND size as MGS or FF were on the PS2. And if you specifically want high end Japanese games, then, yeah I agree that sucks. But it's an inherent issue with the west too.
But to say there's less Japanese support is ignorant.
Your argument should be rephrased to:
"There are good JRPGs/weeb games on PS4 if you conveniently haven't played the most popular Japanese games released on prior systems the past 15 years. Otherwise wait for 2016"
Who is trying to justify any purchase? As I've told you multiple times now since apparently you're samefagging, I'm proving that there are good JRPGs/weeb games on the PS4. Where the fuck do you see me justifying the purchase of the console?
So, apparently a game being re released or on another console or a remaster stops it from being good? This has gotta be a shitpost or a troll, because not only can you not formulate a good argument you can't even stay on track to your original argument.
So all PS2 games are also PS3 games since they're available through BC? MAN PS3 HAD SOME AWESOME FUCKING JRPGs HUH?!
You're getting stuck on semantics to dodge the fact that the only Jap games worth a shit on PS4 (save Bloodborne) are games everyone has already played on other systems. Yeah sure, there are good Jap games for you to buy on PS4, if you were literally born last year and missed out on the golden age of gaming.
>So all PS2 games are also PS3 games since they're available through BC?
No? Where did you get that idea? All of these games are games remastered to be played on the PS4. It's a PS4 game, not a PS3 or a PS2 game. It's like saying FFT:WoTL isn't a PSP game because it was originally a PS1 game.
That's a nice marketing term to cover up the fact that they're just ports with some texture patch. You're still using semantics. PS2 games were playable on PS3 and should be your definition count as PS3 games but somehow you can't even though you can say that PS2 games on PS4 are PS4 games not just ports of PS2 games everyone already played on PS2.
Hell, it's even worse when you think about it since on PS3, you atleast didn't need to buy FFX again to play it again. Now you not only need to buy it again, but you're also supposed to believe it's actually different from the shit you played 15 years ago when you were just breaking puberty.
Shut up 40. We're talking about decent Jap games. Anyone with two eyes would understand the parameters of the discussion.
Only someone at 3rd grade would recommend a game everyone played 15 years ago and pass it off as a must-play PS4 game. It's fucking tragic how the only argument for Jap games on PS4 is a 15 year old game on PS2.
That's great and all, but your drifting further and further from the point in an attempt to divert attention away from the fact that there are good JRPGs/Weeb games on the PS4. FFXHD and FFX-2 HD are both PS4 games whether you like it or not, and them being a port of a game from another console doesn't change that they were games updated and remastered to be played on the PS4.
>and pass it off as a must-play PS4 game.
Show me where this was said.
>It's fucking tragic how the only argument for Jap games on PS4 is a 15 year old game on PS2.
Gee, ignoring more points huh? Sure, the other games mentioned don't exist just FFXHD was said, even if you remove FFXHD you've still got a list of JRPGs on the PS4, not including Japanese releases that if were included would blow you even further out of the water.
>decent Jap games
That doesn't mean anything. What's 'decent'? Is Guilty Gear Xrd Sign 'decent'? Is Disgaea 5 'decent'? What do you define as 'worth a shit'? Is it "AAA Japanese games"? "well reviewed Japanese games"? At what point is the cutoff for when the platforms it's on stop it from being relevant?
(Though I can understand the skepticism of listing FF X, that doesn't really negate the entire list he posted).
These discussions are inherently circular because people talk in vague horseshit. "Worth a shit" doesn't mean anything. What are the parameters for "Japanese games worth a shit"? There are none, it's entirely based on what you personally want to accept.
You are not going to be able to have anything resembling a decent discussion if you talk in vague generalizations based purely on your own approval.
tl;dr Square Enix is making a lot of money
Even split between mobile and HD games. And SE really hasn't had that many HD games released this year. Next year is SE releasing fucking everything it got.
>Next year is SE releasing fucking everything it got
So FF16 and? Your post reminded me that BS is coming to the west next year but I can't really think of any other JRPGS off the top of my head
Star Ocean 5
World of Final Fantasy
Dragon Quest Heroes 2
Dragon Quest XI (not likely though)
Final Fantasy XV
Kingdom hearts 3 (not likely though)
Dissidia for arcades
SE is probably the only third-party publisher that can save this shitty gen.
Shit, also forgot Rise of Tomb Raider for PS4/PC
That's not what I said, and you know it's not what I said. Don't do that.
There can be discussions about Japanese support, but dealing in absolutes based on personal approval and using terms like 'decent' and 'worth a shit' that hold absolutely no inherent meaning completely undermines any discussion that could be had.
Articulate what kind of games you mean, and put some thought into why they're not as common. And you can justifiably be upset with the fact the industry is like that right now. Asking someone to "name five things that I approve of that aren't Bloodborne" isn't going to go anywhere for extremely obvious reasons.
I personally think that the Japanese support for PS4 is quite strong, certainly far more than the PS3 saw at this point in its life, but I do understand the frustration with the fewer AAA Japanese games and how this means fewer Japanese games early on. In terms of what I'm personally interested in I've been satisfied, but I could see how others wouldn't be.
She didn't show up nearly as much as I'd hoped she would.
I just don't understand how Ubishit and Activishit and shit out CoDs and Ass Creeds on an annual fucking basis while I have to wait a fucking decade for a mainline FF game. That shit just pisses me off. I sometimes curse God for not making me dudebro. Would definitely mean I'd enjoy this medium more than as a godforsaken weeb.
>tfw play any game that interests me
>tfw have yet to be disappointed with this gen
Sticking to either being a weeb or a dudebro is stupid. There are plenty of good games from different countries out there.
CoD and Ass Creed come with their own set of issues, mainly because of their yearly releases. There's no purely win-win situation for anyone because the world is kind of shit like that.
At the very least I'd say I'm personally happy to SE (seemingly) trying to make FF XV/KH3 something especially great, even if it takes time.
>tfw enjoying Disgaea 5 and getting Fallout 4 next week
>tfw Just Cause 3 and Gravity Rush 2 are my most hyped games right now
>Would definitely mean I'd enjoy this medium more than as a godforsaken weeb
As someone who learned jap I can't even keep up with releases, already have a backlog for my Vita. Not sure what things are like with localisations but there are plenty of games this gen.
I almost wish Japan adopted the western style of having multiple studios make different games in a series. For Final Fantasy for instance, this would be ideal. While Tabata and his crew is working on FFXV, have another team start making FF16 and then you can release FF16 just a year or two after FFXV. And after FF16, you have Tabata's team back with another FF game. Just a year or two wait between each FF game.
It surprises me SE hasn't done this by now. They make so much money on FF and each FF is independent of the other they can do this and lose nothing.
I feel like once FF XV is done they probably should do some notable structuring of their dev teams if they haven't already. I'm not too knowledgable about the individual teams within SE so I'm not sure how they should go about it, but after the past decade they probably want to try and avoid another vsXIII scenario.
Feel like people were living in a bubble during the PS1, PS2 era if they think PlayStation only catered to one group. Have fond memories playing JRPGS, also have memories playing Twisted Metal, Tony Hawk, Grand Turismo, GTA and a bunch of other western games.
Now that I think about it about it, western games are dying off because dudebros only care about shit like CoD. No more Mid Tier devs that were more experimental in the west because people won't buy a game unless it looks pretty. Japan just don't give a fuck if their game still looks like it belongs on PS2.
>you will never be able to change your PSN name
I just don't hope I end up buying a PS6 for FF16. With SE, you just can't know. I thought the wait for FF13 was bad but now I've waited longer for FF15.
Maybe Japan simply doesn't have the capacity to complete AAA games in a reasonable time frame anymore. It took Konami five years for MGSV and that game was brutally unfinished. I guess it's easy for Ubishit to throw 300 people at one project when they also sell 10 million copies of said game annually.
Activision has 3 devs working on CoD. Used to take 2 years to make a game, so Infinity Ward and Treyarch rotated. They added a Sledgehammer so they can keep releasing a cod every year. Even killed Neversoft and merged them with Infinity War.
Don't know about Ubisoft but if they didn't annualized AC every year we would have Beyond Good and Evil 2 by now..
You would get less games if Square just annualized Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest. they wont have resources for the other games. Not like the PlayStation 1 anymore where a team of 100 people can make a game and release by the end of the year.
It's an awkward issue that ultimately I'd rather them not directly align themselves with the standards of Activision, Ubisoft and such for. A big part of why Ubi and Acti can do that is heavy reuse of assets (among other things) which is kind of antithetic to mainline FF where each is very different.
I'm not even actively against reusing assets for the most part, a lot of my favourite series only manage semi-regular releases because of it and I quite enjoyed
Lightning Returns. But it's definitely not the route mainline FF should go down.
You're right. Just focusing on FF would've probably killed the chance of games like Nier and Star Ocean happening. I hope SE ends up with a decent engine atleast so the next game is made in a reasonable timeframe. Or push back the scale at least. No need to compete with the biggest AAA games on the market.
IW made MW3, Sledgehammer made Advance Warfare, Treyarch made BLOPS3.
Next years CoD will probably be MW4. Wondering how they can keep this up because they're running out of ideas. Can see them regressing back to WW2 shooters.
Sony adopted a western ideology with JapanStudio, they were a such a mess that they had 40+ games in development and didnt make a game last gen. Then they took the head of SantaMonica and had him straighten out the studio, which is why they've been pumping out games.
>they were a such a mess that they had 40+ games in development and didnt make a game last gen
That sounds more like gross incompetence more than anything. Holy shit what the fuck were they even doing?
>can't skip the cutscenes in NFS
All of the people in this game need to be gassed. White people acting like blacks, drinking energy drinks and using slang that both confuses and infuriates me.
I guess I'm just not hip enough.
>went for a shit while the cutscene was playing
>it puts me in a race straight afterwards
>"oh fuck, I'll try to catch up"
>don't catch up
>finish in last place
>"woah, Spike couldn't keep up with you, that was impressive"
It was from an article I read years ago. They basically restructured JapanStudio to run like Santa Monica.
It was from kektaku. Don't remember the link to not give clicks
>thinking an always-online DRM game will give him the option of skipping cutscenes
Biggest fucking retard on the planet. Congratulations. It's with inbreds like you that EA still exists.
I'm not mad. I'm actually surprised there are people who browses /ps4g/ and being so utterly lacking in intelligence. Always-online DRM doesn't allow you to pause or skip cutscenes for a very good reason.
I bet you go to sleep deluding yourself thinking you're a smart consumer for going against the flow.
>most attractive female in 13
She's good, but she's no Lightning.
Black Friday ads are already starting to leak, Meijer's ad got leaked and it looks like this year will be $300 500GB PS4s and $50 retailer gift cards with no specific bundle.
Makes sense the PS4's library isn't filled with enough old definitive titles to have a specific bundle so a discount makes the most sense.
I'm not near enough my regular computer so have a Halloween Peg.
Even if Vanille was autistic, she had dat fucking body.
I hope this turns out good. I've only played Enslaved, which had a great presentation, but I never finished it (along with several other PS3 games). Hopefully it won't be as awful as people say DmC is.
Gonna play as her in Dissidia and hope she's in KH3. Fuck yeah.
Exclusives are just megacorporations holding games hostage. It's totally for economic reasons rather than technical ones. That's literally it. This is the cancerous thing you people defend every day. No other industry works like this and they only get away with it because it's an audience of young people who have zero consumer awareness. Imagine if electronics companies had deals with movie studios where certain movies would only work on certain brands of DVD players. and you actually had retards who would come on boards like this and say "hurr what are you poor? just buy 3 DVD players faggot"
>Implying you can argue with this and not just call me names
>shopto now have it marked as "in stock"
>my order page says "processing"
>tfw probably wont get it until monday since it's highly unlikely that it will arrive tomorrow
Yeah mate because Bloodborne would've totally happened without Sony bucks.
Hey, games are just magical things that fall out of the sky that Sony then steals and hides in their evil little cages. FREE THE GAMES!
ShopTo have a guarantee that you'll get it by release day or they'll give you a fiver credit on your account. Like SimplyGames they basically ship it out very early so there's little chance of it arriving late, they don't really care about street dates.
I've always got games early from them, they're pretty good.
I'm convinced PC gamers are kids or live sheltered lives to always be the ones complaining exclusives only exist in the game industry. There's some DC comic being released exclusively for Barnes and Noble, there are movies being released exclusively on Redbox, there are TV programs being only played on exclusive channels. This exists everywhere for years and isn't some new thing the evil Anti-Gaben corporations created.
Retail stores are terrible for not new games. A game launching for $60 5 years ago is still $60 today if they still have a copy left. The worst part is the games are thrown in a big pile to look like a bargain. I've pulled out some few years old games I had on my to get list out of a pile that included PS2 and PSP games, and price checked them at full price.
Help me decide, please.
I can buy two $60 games + $20 something on PSN.
Now, I was thinking about something like this:
Black Ops 3
What do you think? I have a feeling, that Fallout 4 will feel bad to me, since Witcher 3 showed me how awesome open-world RPG can be.
I hate this years B2G1, it's way too early. Right now the only games I want are Jstars Victory Vs+, Mad Max and Knack.
Knack is like $15 online or GS used, but Target sells it for ~$30'
Victory VS+ I can get for $45 and just hoping for BF sales
Mad Max already got confirmed for $30 BF game + there's talk of a price drop at the start of December.
Them not lowering their prices for the last 2 months on games is really stopping me from shopping there.
Probably a deal with the dev. Game is developed for their platforms first if they act as publisher. Small games like these generally don't need that much work on the publishers part.
>tfw P4DAN today
>Super Beat Xonic next friday
feels good to be an elite Playstation player
>waiting for fallout 4
>all my friends playing blops 5: COD of warfare - hardline
>internet constantly shitting the bed all week so no party chat
>nothing to play for 4 more days
>remember that I bought darksiders 2: ultimate remasterbate edition last week
>play for 5 minutes before remembering how unpolished the game is
>decide not to kill myself and play bloodborne instead
>mfw i just start NG+ and im too beta to kill cleric beast again
they own the IP, it was Sony's and only Sony's decision to put this on Steam.
weird as fuck 2bh
what the fuck is Sony thinking?
But I don't care,
game is trash anyway
I didn't even do anything.
I honestly thought this was f2p and PC only. Would've played it for free but not gonna drop full retail price on it.
You're a dumb fucking shit. This is Playstation mobile. He probably doesn't even control PS Mobile. Sony also made PC games before with Everquest.
You're insecure as fuck. It's fucking pathetic seeing you shit your pants the moment PS4 loses an exclusive game.
SOE was something else, and even now it's been sold off. As far as mobile goes, it would be one thing if it was an actual mobile game, but this was a full real game by an actual studio.
I like to add they're retarded because now the floodgates are open and people are waiting on Bloodborne and Uncharted ports.
Not sure what you mean by "f2p with a price tag" unless that's a dig at it having microtransactions.
Losing FIRST PARTY exclusive, not some fucking third party partnership. It's like letting your wife to fuck or blow job another man - literally cūckold. And I don't want fucking pcùcks to play my fucking playstation games, they don't deserve it because they didn't buy playstation. That's for what you fucking buy console - for games made for the system exclusively by the platform owner.
sorry anon but I don't want Shu-sama to hate me
yeah I agree with this anon
Why not? More people get to play a decent video game that way and if PSM publish it on those systems as well, Sony get more money from it.
There's literally nothing wrong with smaller games like this being put on other systems.
Is this normal? I added a 3 month code a couple days ago and confirmed the input, even got the email and everything.
Then today I start getting emails and notices on my console that my PSN expires in a week.
What the hell?
Same mixed message bullshit. PS+ Menu says started 11/5 and expired 2/13
But just now I got a message saying it expires in 7 days.
If it means anything, my previous subscription (The one I had/have until the 13th) Was paid for with my credit card directly.
The one 3 month one replacing it is a PS+ card (9 digit alphanumeric code)
HOW DO I ACCESS THE FUNCTION SCREEN IN BO3 I WANT TO CHANGE THE DISPLAY AREA ON MY SCREEN
Really? That's fucking hilarious while also pretty fucking shitty.
Yeah it did. I just googled it to see if it had happened to anyone else and two people on Reddit are saying the same thing happened to them on PS4 as well. This is the only time a game has ever deleted save games unintentionally for me and ironically it's with the biggest budget gaming franchise ever.
>tfw bought a ps4 for yakuza
Man, was I not left disappointed.
I hope the event shows some good trailer for kiwami and 6.
Actually enjoying BO3 although it's definitely weird. It's like they've taken things from other games and just mashed it together.
Each specialisation has it's own special ability and it sort of charges like it does on Destiny. I use the qt scout girl who can detect people through walls. It's also just basically copied off Titanfall with the free running thing. Everything feels a bit overwhelming at times, so much shit going on.
Overall. Bretty gud, I just hope the next one goes back to WW2, bit fucking sick of modern/futuristic shooters.
When will weebs and normies annihilate themselves like matter and anti matter?
>mfw home to play PS4 after
the power in my neighborhood went out for three hours
Finally got around to watching the Fallout 4 launch trailer. Is the writing supposed to be that corny?
only to 10/10 alphas, unfortunately you are just another beta orbiter
>realistic difficulty on Blops
>"eh, it will just be a little harder than veteran, no sweat"
>you die instantly with one shot
It's actually pretty good though because the enemies aren't bullet sponges either. They kill you with one shot and you can kill them with a single body or head shot.
You could use your slurping techniques on my ass.
I'm not sure about the hood, might go back to stock.
How about /post good games/ instead?
Online-only singleplayer games should be the last thing a videogame enthusiast would want to support
Every single review I've read says that there is little to no multiplayer interaction or that the multiplayer is lacking
You fucking shill
I see people often who want to do impromptu races and you randomly have real people mixed into your mission races and you get bonus rep for beating them.
There's also the crew system which I haven't explored yet.
I'm assuming reviews you read played the game in a pre-release state and didn't realise there'd be more players after launch.
You are giving money to EA in the first place, you already sinned the moment you bought the game regardless of quality
>tripfag acts retarded and then leaves after getting BTFO
>also has a coalburner for a waifu so he's probably a CucK as well
That wasn't a "leak", it was already known.
He also told me himself he didn't really give a shit that it was posted.
He's talking about the Toukiden screen
Oh, I didn't find that.
That was where the original "leak" came from though.
No idea who was responsible for that.
I always assumed he posted it without realising it had revealing info in it.
>someone posts a video game screenshot asking others to do the same
>shitposters kill the thread with shitposting about drama from like 2 years ago
Whether or not he used a trip is irrelevant.
>no Uncharted collection price drop
Guess I'll have to be a good goy; I really want to play the U4 multiplayer beta.
Not really considering anything except maybe Divinity and Wasteland 2. And
latest Heroes episode
>Guy has the power to make video game waifus real
>tfw I don't have that power
>tfw VR won't be able to help me as I'll eventually have to take it off
PS Matrix when
Friend is trying to convince me to buy his PS4 at $275 that comes along with three games: Infamous 2, Kill Zone and Destiny.
Should I get it? I'm trying to see if I have enough games to play once I buy it. So far I made a list of these games I want to play:
>Street Fighter V
$275 is a good deal, cheaper than the Black Friday price. Don't see a reason to turn it down unless there's a problem with his console.
I would, but I already own a 3DS. The first ones, the small one.
What if I told you it was touched by his Jewy hands?
Because that would be a lie, he is not a Jew. I just like talking about Jews I guess.
Sup ps4 gen. I might join your exclusive club of waifu wankers and buy a ps4 tomorrow. I really want to play the FFXV demo. Do I still need to buy type-0 for it and has type-0 dropped in price yet?
I don't actually like type-0. I've pirated it on pc, and I think it's a shallow piece of shit. I'm into technical action games and such so having 4 attack slots + 2 normal attacks with up or down, and a dodge, per character doesn't really cut it for me. I'd be buying type-0 purely to get the FFXV demo.
This is a moot point as it's supposed to be cheesy. I mean everyone drinks Monster Energy as if it's beer.
Always online is fine if it works which in this case it does, very well.
Nope, wrong guy.
Well you guys can keep being fags and I'll keep enjoying one of my favourite games of 2015 so far.
Keeping it out of the recommended list will obviously be too controversial for you /v/-tier retards so I'll just keep posting in as a reply when people ask for recommendations.
Fuck you guys, fuck you.
>enjoying mediocre games
that's not my fault get some taste and stop crying
that nigga is my nigga stop using him as example you pleb
If Bloodborne and Yakuza 5 didn't happen, 2015 would've gone down as yet another awful year in gaming.
Man, Metro 2033 is oddly comfy.
I'm really enjoying the small moments where you walk around filthy shit holes while listening to random ruskies talking among themselves.
>playing Black Ops 3
>didn't realize mic was on
>let out a loud damp fart
>everybody in the lobby starts making fun of me
>Meet a guy on PSN playing Peace Walker, he loves Metal Gear and is a trophy whore
>TPP comes out
>He stopped playing right at Metallic Archaea
>Hasn't touched the game since September 2nd
>Pretty sure he killed himself
>He was so disappointed in TPP that he killed himself
It was awful. The trailers were much better than the actual game. Fuck Konami and fuck Kojima for that shit writing.
>mfw playing Red Orchestra 2 and the only people on mic are adults who actually are talking about tactics and teamplay
I yearn for the day where a console MP game arrives that actually doesn't pander to retarded kids. Probably never though.
I love how even the sales insiders on neoshill are pro-Sony
They're probably playing Arma now.
NeoFag makes PS4 look bad. I hate that cück HQ. They kiss publisher ass all the time.
2015 has been pretty based aside from MGSV being a disaster and Persona 5 getting delayed
Infamous and D5 are both fine, Bloodborne is pretty rough, and I've heard EDF 4.1 is okay.
Did Undernight actually turn out well? I remember it getting hyped as "Melty Blood but with better balance" before release by importers and then heard nothing about it after.
Is online alive?
Picture is Disgaea 5 spoiler.
Second Son works well enough in my experience. The lag is noticable but acceptable I'd say, but I did a good portion of the side content through remote play when I went for 100% while watching TV and had no issues.
Disgaea 5 is fantastic with it. Been switching between TV and Vita for the game and it feels great.
I think he means in terms of latency and controls. I know I tried Killzone: SF on it once and it didn't work because of the sticks not being as good and the slight input lag.
Its not bait.
That's pretty much exactly what it is, though I feel its got a lot less variety in the roster than MB did.
Online is semi-active still, but I'd get it quick if I were you cause it'll probably be dead by February at this rate.
The last three times I've seen it brought up people shit on it for the bad ally AI/short playtime and called it a bad musou.
I missed release week though.
Responding to shit opinions with shitposts is not the right course of action.
and JC3 looks legit
I'll admit OA was only chosen cause June was a weak month, and LiS is fairly mediocre
though only retroactively because of the awful endingbut the rest are or look great.
Especially EO, you got shit taste if you can't appreciate it.
I'm not a big fan of Souls games and Bloodborne had pretty weak PVP, which is usually my favourite part.
Its still pretty good, I just liked C:S and Oreshika more.
>Disgaea 5 first run
>everyone on my team is level 300+
Man, they really fucked up letting you get the first Martial Training stage before the game's story was over, thinking it was too difficult to complete early.
Yeah, but as I recall, they're normally at level 300 starting level.
The guys in this one started at level 80, it was super easy to grind item world until I was strong enough to kill them once and coast off that huge experience.
>Todd shills now on my general
FUCKING SHILLS GET OUUUUUUUUUT
