Who knows. They might take the Skyrim approach with a few small content packs that overhaul certain places and add a few more to the world and 1 large expansion that everyone gushes over.
"In the early, experimental days of downloadable content, Bethesda caught a lot of flack for its ill-fated and infamous Horse Armor DLC in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, the phrase becoming a metonymy for incremental, paid content that many gamers feel is exploitative.
The developer learned its lesson well, and has subsequently focused on more robust paid expansions that add substantial, narrative content, relegating incidental additions to the main game to free updates. For Skyrim this meant the addition of features like mounted combat, legendary mode, and kill cams. Fallout 4 will be no different, with new features based on player feedback coming out in regular, free updates alongside the standard bug fixes and technical enhancements."
So, what do you want for the post-launch updates, /fog/?
I wish they actually brought back the kevlar underpadding for it instead of all those bolts and rivets.
>expecting the male and female animations to be different
Not in a Bethesda game, sweethearts.
I found this new dank maymay and wanted to show you all.
Please remember to upchuck it if you like.
will we get a rpg style dlc this time ? in order to mirror the operation anchorage one which was a fps in an rpg...
actually, I would even be ok with a pc-oriented interface DLC and a holstering dlc. I'm ok to pay, just give me a RPG.
I personally am going to splice the T-51b with T-60. I never liked the look of enclave tech, honestly.
your "real" money aren't any more imaginary, son.
Anon, you wanted me to have a boner? Because I got a boner.
Man, thanks for postin' that. I formatted my PC a while ago and lost all my Fallout reactions.
I even had a Rule 34 one
>not torrenting the DLC when it's literally two files each and easy as fuck drag and drop installation.
It would be incredibly stupid though.
What if you had a semi auto laser rifle. Okay, it goes into rifleman.
Now you put a mod making your semi auto laser rifle into a semi auto laser shotgun. Is it still affected by rifleman? With the perk description stating you kill enemies from a distance?
Commando really needs to include the semi-auto weapons. Or maybe they put the laser rifle/other semi-automatics automatic but with a really slow firing speed.
There arent that many automatics energy weapons in fallout games too and with the inclusion of the laser musket wich is clearly a rifleman weapon, I hope the laser rifle fully falls into commando. Even if you scope it.
>People convinced new Luck perks are worth it.
the only game where Luck was worth anything was FO1, and only because of how burst weapon criticals worked in it.
Reminder that those who side with toasterkin are complete retards
I jewed TF2 for my FO4 preorder + season pass.
>Buy ticket for 3 dollars
>get invasion crates during the first week, sell 4 for between 4-8 dollars per
>all the blue items are going for ~0.30 per

>sell item, repeat
>keep making profit
>buy item with profit for $20.00
>buy another item for $2.00, add to $20.00 item
>item is now worth $55.00 because idiot logic/laziness
>end up with more than enough for FO4+Season Pass+TF2 items I wanted from the update
Feels good, man
would power armor in fallout beat nappa?
theres no level cap m8
xp bonuses are the shit
make sure to stack up on all int boosting consumables and equip and use them before finishing a quest
the bonus xp increases even after 10 int
It's legs look nice.
I think perks associated with weapons will change when you put on a mod that changes functionality. "Automatic" in its name will mean it's governed by Commando, "Sniper" - by Rifleman, and so on.
>looking at that
>basically bigger T-45d with a jetpack
>notice the butt
>mfw that single plate
Is that literally a 'shitting port'?
>There'll be people in this very thread who will join the Railroad
Man, that Nora in the youtube gameplay looks fucking ugly. Should've left the default.
Is having higher int worth it in FO4, or is leveling pretty fast regardless?
Also r8 my build pls.
Day 1 HD texture pack for free in 1k, 2k, and 4k variants
More female marriage partners
expanded settlement expansion like hearthfire
more map content
possible diving expansion for the glowing sea
We aren't sure how big a boost they give, for all we know the time spent making up for that high int stat could be equal to just playing the game with the other stat you wanted in the first place.
Ooooh. Nice thinking.
When you change the barrel on it it becomes a laser sniper rifle in the trailer, and otherwise its a short/regular laser rifle that could possibly be affected by commando. Automatic is assault and its probably affected by commando.
That article is talking about the free content they patched into Skyrim, most of which was stuff already half-there in the game files. They patched in 'new' finisher animations that had been coded within the game since launch, and just weren't implemented.
Anything bigger than that, like new NPCs, or new shit to build, or whatever, is all in the realm of DLC you'd pay for.
>he thinks the glowing sea is an actual sea
>rushes right past everything
>is confused by the door being 'terminal only'
>wasting ammo on roaches
>that obvious impatience waiting for the vault door to open
>says in the comments he's not familiar with RPGs
And yet he has the game before any of us.
I always assumed when soldiers put PA on, they had tubes jammed up their urethras and pipes - up their asses, to collect waste and possibly refine water out of it to then feed it to the operator.
It is a closed life-support system after all, anon. How else did you think you can counter extended exposure to NBC hazards?
>I always assumed when soldiers put PA on, they had tubes jammed up their urethras and pipes - up their asses, to collect waste and possibly refine water out of it to then feed it to the operator.
why the fuck would you think about this at all
>Not taking Harkness' Plasma Rifle and selling him out to Zimmer.
>not capping Zimmer and Armitage as soon as they walk out of the room
I haven't played a Fallout game before, but seeing the trailer and stuff got me curious, looks like a great game.
I assume I don't have to play the others to understand the story right?
On another note, what's the point of pre-ordering this on steam? Can't you just download it day 1 anyway?
>And yet he has the game before any of us.
That's usually how it is, anon. The dubest players always have the game early. Except for streambro, he's a exception. He had an uncompressed 1080p video on PC of him playing the intro, it's probably taken down now.
Hey guys, this is my first post on /VG/ and I wondering if that you know when the torrents' going to be uploaded? I checked demonoid and there's nothing so where's likely the torrent going to be on?
Where else would it go, anon? You could use a diaper for limited periods of operation, like astronauts and snipers do, but it would get very uncomfortable after days of fighting.
While all Fallout games have references to events that happened in the previous games or common story elements(like the Brotherhood of Steel and whatnot) it's not necessary to play the other ones to play this one, though I highly recommend it just because they are overall good games
Fallout 4: Remastered Edition. Is it too much too ask? You know, to replace that few thousand alpha build textures from approximately 2009 that Bethesda accidentally left in the game.
sorry forgote to upload an picture with my comment
I don't know what kills me more, watching Tommy play or watching this cunt play.
Tommy doesn't seem to understand anything happening on the screen and this kid is obviously playing Fallout 4 as a shooter.
>I assume I don't have to play the others to understand the story right?
I mean this is the nicest possible way, but Bethesda is making the game for people exactly like you. Lore that the player used to learn and discover themselves is just displayed on loading screen hints now.
This. I didn't even think of taking only the one reward.
Capped Armitage the very second Zimmer stepped on the landmine I preemptively laid at the top of those stairs.
Someone doesn't like their memes dank...
ALSO SAMURAI GUNSLINGER REPORTING IN
>I assume I don't have to play the others to understand the story right?
No, but read up on the lore.
>What's the point of pre-ordering this on steam? Can't you just download it day 1 anyway?
>tubes jammed up their urethas and butt
That's possible, but it's not probable to happen. Even because having sonething up your urethrea would hurt and bother you more than it would help you, especially because your dick isn't 100% erect all the time. So rule out that one.
And about the shitting part, well. I'm not sure if a whole waste processing station can fit in there to refine both urine and shit, even though the technology is already out there (that charity foundation Bill Gates got is funding a project like that, to spread waste processing stations to generate pure water).
Even though I bet that most soldiers/personnel would've asked to modify 'em "off the records" for the sake of comfort. Plus, it's not like they're supposed to stay with that on for a month. For example, NBC filters for gas masks can take from 1 to 3 days of exposure depending on the level of contamination; and that's exactly the span of a military mission, that way they get resupplied and their equipment doesn't screw up.
In my honest opinion, they probably have emergency ports for these wastes.
I'm pretty sure there'll be a rebreather like in FNV, and not that many underwater locations altogether.
This brings me back, though. Back when I was still playing FNV, I used to spend hours on the bottom of Lake Mead. Literally, hours. I found it so calming. Kind of like FO3 and Oasis.
Demonoid's servers were raided by the FBI when the site fell.
A while ago it came back up from a "backup" of the site that a third party had gotten their hands on and all login info and stuff still worked for it, but it wasn't run, operated, or endorsed by the original team. Everyone was warned to stay the fuck away from it because it was most likely a government honeypot.
Well, the urine recycling part applies for the APA and T-51.
Even though we will never have too much details because it's the kind of shit we don't have yet/the US military is developing and because of that, only vague details.
Plus, it's not like some specific units of APA/T51 were manufactured without these devices at the request of an CO/general/anyone inside with some prestige.
No...I came here to
GIVE ME YOUR COAT
I was gonna make a male scientist guy based on my appearance like I make in every game, but I hear there's gas masks now, so I might go for my Wasteland 2 team leader instead if I can make something reasonably close.
>No holstered weapons
Guess not, she doesn't look right without a rocket launcher on her back.
so does noras third person animations look good
can we change it to the male one if it doesnt
You don't have to be erect to be able to use a catheter. I suppose it could just be a tube, a catheter just sounds more reliable, less likely to cause leakage.
Besides, on an extended raid, the operator would probably be so fucked up on methamphetamine and pain-killers, a tube up his cock probably wouldn't feel like much. It's not like he's moving inside that suit a lot.
fucking hipsters destroyed a good haircut and having beards is now a sign of attention seeking
>Obsidian is now in charge of Fallout game on 4's engine. How do they improve the game mechanically?
Remove most scaling
Bring back ammo types instead of having it as a function of the weapon itself
Bring back traits
Because traits are nothing more then "other" perks, but your forced to pick them before you even begin actually playing the game, meaning you had to real idea what you were picking actually did.
On top of that, most were either 100% useless, or completely OP.
Bethesda just game several traits from Fallout 1/2 into perks in Fo3 and 4.
There are new weapon types, like radiation weapons, and while it may be obvious in some cases, I think having an enemy's resists immediately available will be helpful. Unless you're playing on Normal difficulty of course.
So besides EVERYTHING shown, the bugs, dialogue, HATE NEWSPAPER, and the list goes on. What is the pros to Fallout 4 rather than the cons and the reason you are getting it anons?
Too complex for normies. Also pic related.
>people still call these games RPGs
>even when Todd disagrees
>>implying it matters when HIT IT UNTIL IT DIES will work anyways and is your only option.
have you seen the streamers? its definitely a bit harder, at least for them.
Tommy was getting destroyed by yao-guai in normal, so having weaknesses/resistances could be very useful.
especially since its confirmed that AI improves in higher difficulty levels.
>Two whole perkskills about Semi-Auto weapons
>Everything is a Machinegun.
Are you some sort of Yuropoor whose government obfuscates the difference between automatic and semiautomatic to scare them into submission?
Same as they did with FNV, hopefully with fewer bugs this time, i.e.:
- actual story and characters
- moving on from the beaten path (new factions, no BoS, or god forbid enclave, or supermutants)
- no dialogue, multiple dialogue, stat/perk checks in dialogue, etc, etc.
Basically, unfuck what Bethesda did in FO4, and improve on the new gameplay.
Does anybody know if having a stat on 10 and then taking a bobblehead will rise it to 11? There are skills that raise SPECIAL during day/night so it looks like it may work.
if you're going to RP as this guy you need to put a lot in strength
Because it's going to be 85% the same as every other Bethesda open-world game, and I can put hundreds of hours into it.
It's so ridiculous when people treat this shit like it's some big mystery game where none of the facts are known.
>especially since its confirmed that AI improves in higher difficulty levels.
Sure it does.
10 is max, 1 is minimum. Can't have 11 or 0.
HOLD UP ONE FUCKING MOMENT.
If special stat doesn't have a hard cap then shouldn't I only pick up a stat bobble head AFTER I've maxed out a special through normal leveling so I can get it to a permanent 11? Or is it counted like 10+1 in which case I can pick it up and it wouldn't be counted in normal leveling, meaning the level up screen shows my special number without the bobble head= or in other words is it retroactive in which I pick it up can still level up my special to 10 in which it will show 11 by the end?
This making any sense?
>all the cons are actually pros
Srsly, it's some CalluwaDutiehKid-tier shit.
Traits are just perks with shitty useless "negatives" that anyone past level 3 can negate.
They were basically the same thing, with all the same flaws, as Birthsigns were in TES.
Still, some people wouldn't like the idea of having a catheter up their dick all the time, even off battles, etc. The tube one would be an secondary option for those with a dick too sensible/not able to withstand it.
I say that depends on a lot of factors, anon. If we're talking about a battle on Anchorage or a power armor operator in the Wasteland. First case is okay with what you say; army protocols, training, all that shit.
Now, about a power armor operator in the wasteland? Perhaps the operator would just disable that shit like someone disables an A/C compressor on their car because it's faulty. To properly judge if power armors really have those 100% waste recycling systems, we'd have to know a lot more than we already know, even though my money's on a lot of units not having such units for less need of maintenance, or for the wearer's comfyness (I mean, I myself wouldn't want to have a catheter on my dick, my dick is too sensitive and i'd freak out).
>lol, somebody here is surely still unspoiled, I'm so clever.
I'd go with the biggest fucking plasma/gauss/gamma gatling I can build, generate so much fucking DPS in all directions that the enemies will die before their damn textures pop in.
>Traits are just perks with shitty useless "negatives" that anyone past level 3 can negate.
Oh it's you again, never mind. Let's just agree to disagree and not waste our time with this again. I'm not going down that weird rabbit hole with you where you try to convince me that having less character customization in an RPG is a good thing.
>everything they have removed Bethdrones just say IT DUN MATTER ANYWAYS
Dude that would mean I could get that intelligence to 11 at level 1 or some shit and since every point of intelligence is 6% extra xp then that would amount to 72% xp bonud for everything and leveling would be a fucking breeze so I can quickly get my build finished.
WHY WOULDN'T ANYONE DO THIS?
If it was up you'd give us the magnet.
Try harder scrubber :^)
It has been up, they have it locked as they're missing files that they said will be grabbed when the game releases, use a translator on the thread for the game instead of spouting retardedness from reddit.
The plot isn't actually bad. No, it isn't, and I'm not Tod either. Sure, it's formulaic. So what? So fucking what. Everything depends on the exectution, not the underlying idea.
It'll be mediocre, sure, average at best. But that's exactly what I expected from a Bethesda Fallout. I actually wasn't mad at all when I found this out.
The whole "being married and having a white-picket fence family" thing really triggered me though.
we saw a beaten up male SS, with shiner and swollen lips
I would be mad if Bethesda would ignore basic face options like freckles
Replace all the VATS-only perks with something that can be used in any situation. I don't understand why there is so much emphasis on using VATS now that combat has been improved. It seems like more of a nuisance than anything now.
Watching the stream, there was so much delay between VATS shots. There was so much wasted time that sometimes your companion would walk right in front of you when shooting or your target would take cover and you couldn't do anything about it because you were locked in VATS.
It doesn't matter.
The trailer portrays the Institute as villainous, and the BoS is against them.
Normies and dudebros want to be the character on the cover of the box, and tumblr/reddit will be a mixture of that and wanting to "free" the robots with the Rail Road.
It'll be Mr. House all over again.
Yeah, Shaun being the head of The Institute seems fine enough, but what possible reason could they have to suddenly go "let's nuke the entire commonwealth" and why the fuck would anyone go along with that?
Like the reason better not just be "well he wouldn't want to kill his/her son", otherwise this is going to be awful.
I don't think 1 INT makes that big of a difference. I would rather have my SPECIAL more balanced to get all the perks I want.
But then you're already OP and done with most of the game so what's the point?
>I'll just give her some qt tomboy hair and change some colors for top waifu
>3rd row, 2nd from left
What do you mean "effective" 11 special? Since there isn't a hard cap in FO4 to special wouldn't it be smartest to invest 10 in intelligence and then gain 11 with the bobble head for a maximum of 72% xp bonus since a single point gives a 6% bonus?
story looks well written judging from what the streamer spoiled
gunplay looks solid, as does weapon/armour customization.
weaknesses/resistances seem to have actual meaning, makes it harder to rely on just one weapon forever.
melee looks to be improved
leveling/character creation is better imo
followers are really solid and likable for the ones I've seen.
VATS has some use beyond compensating for shitty gunplay, especially considering you will deal with packs of enemies now more often and VATS can help with that massively if you take perks for it.
enemy variety looks good, enemies get their own perks now and have huge armour/weapon variety
Power armour is tits
followers can do tasks for you if you can't yourself (like hacking a computer that is too hard for you)
world is really detailed even if graphics are lame compared to other 2015 games.
large map with high location density
several factions all of which are joinable and seem to be mutually exclusive up to a certain point (meaning you can join them all but you have to make a choice eventually)
settlement system is pretty robust, guy made a shitty 4 story house pretty quick.
sound design and music sounds good (idk about how many new songs are on the radio though)
trade system seems to be implemented so caravans are more than just traveling merchants.
a number of detailed cities/towns
generally less of the Fallout 3 utter destruction, world is more civil and lively.
quests look pretty interesting, more than just generic fetch quests at least from what I've seen.
magazines and books give unique perks as do bobbleheads
magazines also give new hairstyles for the barber
cooking is in but not terribly useful beyond RP
survival mode looks solid and AI improves with difficulty.
I'm really running out of space any more to fill this up with the amount of cringe, casuals and loss of faith in humanity regarding this overhyped fucking garbage
1 and 2 had a plot and ending at least as interesting as you would hope to find in a sci fi mag. 3 and 4 if it's accurate would get rejected probably. People didn't care about 3 too much though because it had enough new shit in it. 4 just seems like a minor update to an established formula
Also a playable epilogue is confirmed, do these people think that you're just going to wander around an irradiated waste?
we have NO idea how the game ends, but that won't stop shitters from shitting
just wait until you see the screencapped reddit blogs about how people chose the nuclear options specifically to not have to kill their son, and spend a paragraph explaining how they felt like they really 'created' shaun and that he really felt like family
Pretty sure I saw freckles in the black guy's stream.
Also Tommy was taken down? Heh. Oh well, that fucker was horribad anyway.
Watched that video, why do all those fuckers just sprint straight out of the Vault. I just wanna know if they say anything when inspecting the spouse. Or if its just "Oh boy another corpse to loot, I can sell this wedding ring for a lot of caps!"
That is simply wonderful, damn.
Would, bang, date, marry and present it to everyone in the world. Fucking saved.
>VATS still has percentage shit
Why would you even use it then when you can just aim the fucking gun and pop them in the head what the fuck
I want to go maximum INT for exp boost +Piper's perk so I can become godlike turbo-mode.
>10 is max
>Solar Powered (END10): Gain +2 to STR and END
This is what I was looking for, thanks.
When is the best time to do Point Lookout? During or after Broken Steel?
I'm talking from a narrative/roleplaying perspective.
Maybe Synth waifu/husbando or nuke Commonwealth is part of it too.
You apparently help them build a reactor on the topside so I don't know why they want it nuked. Unless if it's nuking a BoS/Railroad camp.
No, it's just the game world, and whatever quests you haven't done yet. Like Skyrim.
And the choice to nuke everything means you don't get to keep playing after the main quest. It's like Fable 1, kill your sister or the game ends for real.
That's just unconfirmed shit people keep spouting based off of the ending monologue. That same leaker anon was in here last night and he said the Institute end is
you help them build an above ground reactor while fighting off the Brotherhood and Railroad. And Shaun passes away.
>Being a rational human being with standards now means you are soulless and fucked up
If a waiter at a restaurant asks for your order and you say "I would like Roasted lamb, with a balsamic reduction". Then the waiter returns with a cabbage covered in oil and blops of shit covering over it and around the dish, You ask for a refund but you can't and it comes to possibly a grand total of 80$ for the "meal" you either eat it up and not die of hunger pains later on or you leave it and feel sad and cheated, you expected something good, the shining lights outside the place certainly gave you the gist of it having standards, maybe even more than normal. What would you do anon?
>implying I'm not waiting for hours for exact that experience
But then you would have to waste level-up points on SPECIAL which is delaying your perks. Minmaxers are a shit. Getting good perks early is more important than being slightly more OP at lvl 60.
>people think going above 10 special by use of perks will have any benefits
You people are retarded.
But you'll reach level 60 by the time the other guy is around level 40. Sure you wont have perks as early but you have to keep in mind max perks still have a level limit so you can't really go wrong with min maxing like this.
Are you Borat? Do you go to capital city to watch ladies making a toilet?
From what i've seen? Juicy, trust me. Better than the male's animations, though.
No, as they'd want to make synths based off of his various stages of growth. A prewar baby is the perfect specimen for them.
Oh, I didn't see the stream last night, but someone said that was the reason for the synth Shaun existing. I just know the guy who leaked the twist in the first place said that Shaun's a synth.
No you silly geese, there is no hard cap for special. I'ts confirmed you can go over 10 with bobbleheads drugs and whatnot. The bobblehead being permanent is a key factor here.
I don't think you can make a Gatling scatter, any scatter is OP as it is. I still remember the fucking Metal Blaster from the Pitt.
Also, with the volume of fire produced, it is guaranteed most of your rounds will reach the target at mid-range, especially with Steady Aim. Damage output thus is the priority, not precision.
If I'm forced into a long range fight, I'll just resort to my Gauss sniper.
Trust me, you'd get used to it, especially when you've had your go-pills.
I've been thinking of the frontline combat, the Wasteland is a whole different situation, although it is actually more likely that you'll spend extended periods of time in your suit. You wouldn't want to stop in the middle of the Glow to open a whole in your armor for whatever reason.
I've watched the streams. All of them differed on quality stream, but I got the feel Nora's butt was more 'raised'; pic related, male butt looks like shit while walking.
Don't worry, Nora is juicy, friend.
Did anyone do this quest yet?
Still wondering how it works. I'm guessing its a Synth replacement for Nora / Howard...is she / he a follower, too?
fo4 streamer did sexchange in the console the other night. The animations are on par quality-wise with the male, but aren't the same for walking around and shit. Watch Tommy's stream and look at Piper for examples of the female animations, they're the same.
Fellow /fog/gets, I have built a time machine. I come to you from the far off future of two hours from now. Do not despair, the torrent is up in my time, including holsters and an option to turn of the ka-ching noise when you get exp. Have faith....
I seriously hope it does make it in the game and it's just stupid as it sounds.
Would be stupid to redesign the gatling laser using rotating laser rifles barrels but not being able to apply laser rifles barrels mods.
>Codsworth, a very British name
>Codsworth, saying mum, a very British tradition for butlers to address their female masters
>Codsworth confirmed designed to imitate a British butler
>what is BETHESDA SHITTY BALANCING
It won't do anything. It's just Bethesda not thinking.
I thought it was just a random drawing.
NV removed the "Non VATS scatter-Crits kill everything instantly since the bonus applies to every last pellet rather than the whole attack bug.
I don't think they're going to bring THAT back.
No problem man, I barely have any myself I just mostly save beaky pics.
Here's another one I saved though.
Man this game really looks like shit. I want to like it, but it looks like crap. The graphics look really plastic.. Pastel, nothing looks like it's possibly old or worn out. Just fucking awful.
The soundtrack is awful, orchestral and sounds nothing like the original Fallout games. The combat music is utterly made to cater to casualfield and casualduty gamers. The mainstream in general.
The radios fucking suck, the voicing on the diamond city radio station is the worst shit I have ever heard in a fallout game.
This game is 100% Overhyped
>I'm guessing its a Synth replacement for Nora / Howard...is she / he a follower, too?
I fucking hope so. That would honestly complete the game, for me.
If there really is no hard cap for special stats then there is literally no reason not to max luck and intelligence to 10 and then proceed to increase them to 11 for 72% bonus exp and increased chance to find better items (or endurance for extra hp or STR for extra melee damage) other than for roleplaying reasons. Especially so when you can level specials normally.
MAX INT PEOPLE! YOU'LL REACH AROUND A 30% HIGHER LEVEL IN THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME IT TAKES SOME RP FAG TO GET TO THE SAME POINT IN THE GAME.
>needing pump action when they give you a minigun in the first story mission.
Maybe you'd like to use a pipe pistol while you're at it?
Yes, because if you read the thread for the torrent creator, there is no dll or exe alongside it. All the dl links should take you to said thread rather than a download, you can try yourself and read it instead of posting dumb shit.
I get you. Even though I wouldn't be the kind of guy that's part of the infantry/steel shields. The less exposure you have, the better. Even though you wouldn't pee in the middle of the Glow unless anxiousness makes you pee.
Regardless, I do think there are power armor units without these things for the reasons i've mentioned before. What we've discussed is more than probable because of the canon and all.
Please calm down, anon.
I'll keep the OC rollin' in here as well, mang. Have this one.
Statistically, big money execs care more about dividends and net gain/loss with their products stood up against competitors, rather than the raw amount of money made. If you're not in 1st place, you're nobody.
I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I SEE IT WITH MY OWN EYES
everything i hated about fallout 3 is still in fallout 4, most notably the retarded ai and shitty gunplay. it's been almost 8 years and the only thing they changed was the game aesthetics
>mfw i actually looked forward to this game
Scatter was still OP in FNV, especially with the Multiplas rifle.
I think Scatter actually can't apply to any automatic weapons, it's either the Scatter, or full-auto. I think that's fair, heavy weapons, especially energy ones, have never been to OP since FO1, no reason to make them even more powerful.
>not realizing some people just prefer certain weapons rather then the most powerful one
Bolt action rifles and pump-action shotguns all day, son. Automatic wepaons are boring as fuck.
imagine the buffs of like 15 sr and crushing enemy skulls in your hands like a Space Marine.
kind of means though you should wait to grab bobble heads though since you probably can't raise SPECIAL in the level-up screen beyond 10, only with buffs.
I wish harder modes would just decrease bottlecaps, ammo and let enemies do more dmg
making them more resistent just kills it for me
>oh no, a female raider without a helmet
>better shoot her 8 times with VATS in her face
>she still attacks you
Well one has an actually interesting and engaging world and story with actual unique gameplay mechanics and loads of content and replay value, one is an interactive movie with a cocaine-fueled shitty hallway shooter multiplayer
Single fire one-handed weapons, bolt action rifles and single-firing assault rifles.
If only there were any nice looking weapons in the game besides the 10mm pistol.
