Yeah, I remember quite a few 1200+ posts threads even after they changed the bump limit to 750
Too many threads on /vg/ now, I guess.
I'm seriously starting to think they've canceled it now. How long has it even been? A year or something?
I needed the other stats to make her an Idol.
/smtg/ could've been a furry idol, they have higher base STR.
Defeated Medusa with a party that dealt 4 dmg per hit. The Boss had 300 HP.
Yeah...no. NO MORE KMT for today, that was ridiculous. I really hope I find a MUCH better way when I make my second playthrough.
First you must break a record and offer it to the stars.
Then you must sacrifice a virgin who carries your blood.
Disgusting. How dare you have such disgusting thoughts about Lucifer-sama's child!
I want to fuck Lucifer
Neutral is what you see now. Chaos is shitposting all day. We've experienced this a few times. Law /smtg/ would obviously be a perfect place for discussing SMT in the most productive and respectful manner possible.
ooooh, good point. Yeah, if you know the artist name, then definitely add it.
it's okay, i'll add aliases so that either way they'll show up. it's just easy if we stick to 1 tag.
Balls, if I add the aliases, it ignore the original tag. So if I set it so that searching "demifiend" shows all images tagged with "demi-fiend", all images tagged with "demifiend" won't show up. Since there are less images with "demi-fiend", we'll just use "demifiend" as the default.
This is something I started wishing for when they made the arena games, I wanted them to make one with characters from every game, say on representative from each game, the four persona games, all devil summoner, all SMT mainline, everyone together, Demi-Fiend vs Space Marine, story be damned
Maybe I haven't been paying attention, but what indicates the order you have to put the orbs in to free Izanami? I think I'm going to just save state and try everything cause I just want to get out of this fucking dungeon.
Don't get me wrong, his personality in DDS1 was fine. Some might even say good. But in DDS2 you spend the first quarter trying to find him and the second and third quarters fighting against him. It's pretty senseless.
And don't get me started on the EXTREMELY half-assed secret Heat as a party member thing
No I'm not. In DDS1 he was an ally who kind of had a rivalry thing with Serph but begrudgingly went along with your plans for Sera's sake.
In DDS2 he's straight up antagonistic, EVEN when you have Sera in your party. It's dumb.
It's not senseless at all, really. The game had been hinting at mounting tensions between Serph and Heat since around Coordinate 136 in DDS1, so it's not like it came out of nowhere or anything. I mean, its entirely likely that they still would have eventually fought to the death even if Heat wasn't taken in by Madam Cuvier, since they would've all discovered the truth at some point anyway.
As for the secret party member thing, what was so half-assed about it?
Yeah but it's kind of hypocritical and pointless because
a. The Serph that he knows isn't even the "real" Serph
b. he's just data too
I mean, I can get hating the OG serph, but the Serph in DDS2 is different.
>As for the secret party member thing, what was so half-assed about it?
He doesn't have his own Mantra progression (he just inherits Roland's) and he has nothing special going for him at all, not even any unique abilities or anything. In the US version his VA isn't even translated; he speaks Japanese.
Well yeah, he inherited Roland's grid because Roland was designed to be Heat's stand-in in combat. Started off with different stats, but as soon as you got some levels into him it was obvious that they shared stat growths.
As for the VA thing, that's a valid point and I'm not sure what happened there. He only has what, two lines in combat? Maybe they just...forgot.
Or it could be argued that Roland is a Heat reskin, since Heat came first.
I wouldn't go so far as to say that he's totally pointless though, since what if Heat was one of your primary party members in DDS1? Wouldn't it be nice to get the old team back together for the final fight?
This week my university is having a Cultural Awakening Week and today there was a Japanese picnic. I learned about calligraphy and listened to Japanese music. It was like I'm really in a Purseowner game.
Just finished my first SMT game, Nocturne. It's hands-down the best RPG I've ever played.
But I'm afraid the series doesn't get better than this... Is there any SMT which is better than Nocturne?
>Is there any SMT which is better than Nocturne?
Play them and judge for yourself
I've only heavily used savestates with the sequence of orbs to free Izanami and currently the teleport shit in Bien cause I don't want to have to walk all the way back through just to take two more steps of progress and get teleported again.
On a scale of 1-10, how much of a scrub am I?
Started playing P3P on my phone because I was tired of waiting for IV after they announced the new PAL release date.
holy shit, I forgot how jam the soundtrack was.
Anyways, is Soul Hackers worth picking up? I've already played SMTI/II so I'm not fussed about the datedness. I heard the translation is a bit dodgy though.
Well, I don't really like the way they seem, I really liked nocturne's atmosphere. I don't have a DS or 3DS so I'll probably play DDS next or maybe emulate a DS and play SJ
Shit man, are you even serious? I mean, this is the best soundtrack I've ever seen in a game man, just take a look at this shit.
Also, does anybody know the name of that track that plays when you first encounter the collector manikin? It's like a really goofy track and I fucking love it
Nocturne has a unique atmosphere even among the SMT series but it's something all of the games excel at. Really, if you like Nocturne I don't see any reason why you wouldn't at least like Digital Devil Saga, SMTIV and Strange Journey.
Also the music is always fucking incredible.
>you will never understand eastern theology well enough to fully comprehend DDS
>Anyways, is Soul Hackers worth picking up?
The setting is my favorite in the series, the gameplay is pretty fast and the characters are enjoyable. If you can find it cheap I'd definitely recommend it (I got it for 30 AUD, which is cheap by Australian standards).
it's literally reincarnation because it's literally a cycle of rebirth
But buddhism teaches the concept of anatman, lack of self. There is no "soul" of an individual, one whole and unchanging core of a being. Every being is a composite of parts, one of those parts being their karma which is what passes from life to life.
It's funny how most people say DDS2's plot went full retard even though most of it had been hinted at since the very beginning of the first game.
Reincarnation? The constant rain in the Junkyard, literally one of the first things you see in the game. So subtle you don't even register it beyond "oh hey, it's raining".
there is no cycle
the only reason that Serph & Co. actually became real again is because of God and the EGG sending junk data to him
most people don't come back in DDS. only a very, very select few were able to
yeah this is basically what's going on in the whole duology. In the junkyard the flow of samsara is represented by the rain and the actual river while in the outer world, which is still data, samsara is data flowing to and from the sun.
It's the definition of samsara. Your concept of the junkyard being "fake" and the real world being somehow intrinsically different are probably at the root of how you're looking at it wrong.
I'm Australian too.
Did you get it through JB Hi Fi? Or did you order it online? Bought Bravely Default and Zelda through my mate who works at EB Games to boost his KPI's, worked out to be $40 and $50 dollars respectively. Ouch.
Oh really? I heard there was chunks of untranslated text and that it was a bit buggy, but if that's not true then I'll definitely get on it.
JB Hifi, yeah. The translation has a few slip-ups that are really glaring like the Japanese symbols for Life Stone appearing sometimes but nothing that broke the game for me.
>implying that matters to someone who said he was fine with SMT1/II
SH fusion is my favorite because demons inherit skills, but they also have consistent inheritance rules. So you can fuse to make better demons, but you don't jerk around trying to get a specific combination for hours on end, and you can't just use one demon to carry you to the end.
There are, like, two or three strings of text that are untranslated, but you might not even run into them. A few lines go out of the text box.
There are other bugs though. The most important one, you can avoid, just don't have two files with the same character name (even for NG+) or chests might bug and you'll be unable to progress. The other one is random freezing during attack animations which some people get maybe a couple times a playthrough (many don't get any at all, for whatever reason).
I haven't played Soul Hackers yet but MAG sucked in SMT1 and 2. In 1 it didn't matter at all and in 2 you just had Aleph and Hiroko murder everything until you got to a boss fight
I think SMTIV's bizarre difficulty curve might have been at least partially intentional. The difficulty drops when you get to Tokyo because the game opens up a lot and starts to become more about exploration and figuring out where to go instead of navigating one relatively small dungeon, then it ramps up in difficulty towards the end a bit as you narrow in on your final goals. It definitely did need some tweaking though
Yeah but it wasn't really that bad. I had to grind a couple of times to refill MAG but after I found the healer in Sea of Flames I had no problem.
And Infini hands out MAG like condoms at a Planned Parenthood Center.
Sweet, sounds more stable than I thought. I'll buy it this arvo.
>no SMT II sprites
yeah, most SMT games require imagination but if you got that then the stories are pretty crazy
its easy to distance yourself from whats actually going on the earlier games since its age makes it feel kind of campy
I don't think the age is the only thing that makes them campy
I use savestates in most of the old megatens since save points are so fucking far between and I REALLY don't like losing progress in games that are a chore to play
KMT lets you continue after death though, so I just powered through it. Only died twice anyways
IMO, Soul Hackers, Strange Journey, SMT II and if... (I speak moonrunes)
Majin Tensei is up there but its too different to really compare to Nocturne. If we're not being pedantic about spinoff vs SMT I thought DDS was just as good a Nocturne
great soundtracks is pretty much a staple of the megaten series
the only ones that really stand out as being lower quality are the PS1 remakes of the snes songs and strange journey's OST
freeze only happens if nemissa casts bufu on a specific demon (can't remember which, but it reflects ice) while wearing reflect ice clothes. it only freezes if the reflected damage is enough to kill nemissa AND the demon. many don't get it since not everyone gives nemissa ice skills
The only song I found myself not loving in SJ was the regular battle theme. The rest were fantastic, really helped reinforce the atmosphere of the game but I just felt that the normal battle theme was all over the place. Then again, in my case battles were over so quickly in SJ that I rarely heard more than the first 20-odd seconds.
it uses most of the songs for different things though, and pretty tastefully. Like SMT II boss theme when crazy things start happening.
The fact that the SMTI+II ost's kicked ass helps a lot
I only heard about it on forums so its probably bullshit
I also have sexy nemissa but I never experienced the bug. Do you remember what spell triggered it? tbh its probably just some weird thing with memory values
>we still don't know the second place this track is played
The first time is when you activate the gauntlet, no one seems to know what the second time is. People were saying alignment lock but thats deconfirmed
lets get on this /smtg/
Oh that sounds neat, can't wait for the translation.
nobody plays SMT because you guys are all a bunch of fudging bullies
what a fucking faggot, not playing the games you like because of some guy you'll never meet who told you the games you like are bad
like seriously, how does one become such a fucking faggot
vanilla cake is for scrubs. you just aren't man enough to handle chocolate cake
The worst chaosfags.
Why can't they do something useful like bring fertility to Tokyo like the rational chaos guys?
>People should play the games they like!
I agree entirely, what kind of faggot hates on-
>People attacked me for not playing games that aren't Persona, they're meanie heads!
JESUS CHRIST WHAT A FUCKING BITCH, GROW SOME NARDS
>TFW reign should have played in the last room of purgatorium with the white background and no enemies.
Fun fact: In every game the demons talk about how they lost and were kicked out of heaven, and chaos endings are non canon. By their own logic they're eternal pussies, since law won the outer universe battle, and neutral seems to win most in universe battles. What has chaos ever won?
>Chaos endings are non canon.
Except they are canon. There's a vast multiverse out there with alternate world's and timelines.
This was a specific point in IV when they visited the worlds where Law or Chaos won, no to mention the number of alternate ones based on Flynn's actions at the end of IV and how both Walter and Jonathan believe he helped them, meaning one of them came from an alternate world.
>chaos endings are non canon
there's no such thing as canon in the SMT universe, since alternate timelines are such a huge part of the series. You could argue that neutral route is "canon" in SMT I because 20XX in SMT II follows from the neutral ending, but you'd be wrong because "Chaos" 20XX exists in the SMT universe, just Atlus never did a game on it
So I'm late to this but is the new arena game really that much of a ripoff of Nyarly? Seriously why did they do this, why create a whole new character that will quickly be forgotten when they can use one of the original antagonists that pushed around two games? Are they somehow ashamed of their earlier games or what?
I always wondered what happened to the Johnathan/Walter from the original world, since the one that appears after the reactor thinking you helped them wasn't pulled from the same timeline
seriously, if anyone here can stream the game we should have a "/smtg/ plays smt4" night, we could vote on decisions, demons and whatever, invite /pg/ so they can see what the fun is about
pic vaguely related

The writing of Ultimax seemed to be pretty shit even by Persona 4 standards, I really doubt the writers had that much inspiration when writing it let alone enough to put in a huge throwback like that.
Not that I wanted him involved at all, I couldn't imagine how badly they'd ruin his character. Nyarly worked because his convoluted plan that took 2 games to pull off actually ended up coming to fruition in IS. I don't think you could really pull him off without that kind of huge-stakes scenario the 2-part system Persona 2 used. It'd be like trying to make SMT1 have a huge impact but removing the nukes being dropped.
if and smt II have a lot of really slow, tedious moments, in if, there's the
maze/mines where you save the principal, you literally have to wait an hour for those idiots to dig through all that shit
Worlds tend to end in chaos, since that's the terminology used to describe the conception at the beginning of nocturne. And then out of the chaotic vortex world comes a new Law as the basis for a new world.
They could have pulled it off if they pulled an Enoch.
Basically manipulate everything to go exactly as planned and then troll the characters by acting like you lose to them thanks to the power of friendship, only to reveal afterwards you were trolling the shit out of them and your real plan is going unhindered, while leaving them completely oblivious that your real plan succeeded and some bad shit is going to go down in the future with them unaware.
Of course this would only truly work if he hadn't came in at the end of Arena to gloat about his evil scheme.
Well he is one of the SMT villains that actually managed to achieve what he set out to do with every other character trying to make the best with what they have, something you only get on SMT1 and maybe 2, I also agree that it would be kind of hard for him to come back since he is in a kind of lock with the "contract" the P2 protagonists made using their memories, he is also one of the few persona villains that can and would restart the universe given the chance, what pisses me off is that they did nearly a 1-1 copy of him with the new guy that gets killed right away
If they really wanted it to be part of the continuity they could have used the Arena games to reset the continuity like he did in P2 with Xibalba paving this way something new for P5
What if during the waiting game bit, the streamer put on an episode of some SMT related animation for us to enjoy? Could break up the time a bit.
>heard how about P4AG was
>decided to watch it with a friend to MST3K it up
>our faces when it's Itchy & Scrathcy & Marie: The Animated Series
This only requires a more specific definition of canon, that being, which events at the end of specific games lead into the events at the beginning of others. Just because all of the endings happen somewhere doesn't mean Atlus presents us with all of the beginnings to go with it. It's still possible to have a coherent conversation about which games follow from one another.
our guardian would start to suck major balls though, unless we used democracy
idk what the policy towards streaming animus is, but i'm assuming the SMT animations aren't licensed in the US
One of the most hilarious things is that Sho is aparently something like a son of Shuji Ikutsuki and the fourth member of Strega that somehow survived the lethal drug that was said to be 100% lethal in as few as 5 fucking years
He had the fortune of having a plume of dusk inside him, which spawned a second personality with a persona that was completely under the second's control.
Said personality would destroy if he felt that's what his other self wanted, which is what he wanted to do and planned on betraying Kagutsuchi. Unfortunately the gang fucked that up and we got unimpressive loser for a final boss.
It's not that bad
Ikutski adopted Sho to perform an experiment on him where he put a plume of dusk in his head, this makes him go into a coma for 10 years and the personality from the plume of dusk tells him to isolate himself to get power
In all honesty, if you could have one waifu from any smt game be transfered into the real world (with no magic powers) and you were forced to be in a relationship for them for at least three years, who would you pick? You can pick them at any stage of their development.
Its funny because Itsuki really wasn't planning on there being another year, what with forcing the apocalypse to happen one way or another
I have a thing for characters who have amusing interactions with a world that is completely foreign to them.
Not to mention she doesn't even have her own body. You'd either have to be content with her living in your electronic devices (in which case she could easily fuck you up if you angered her or if she wanted to amuse herself by denying you access to devices you need to use, messing with your porn, shitposting on your behalf), find her a body to possess (which has it's own ramifications) or let her possess your body, which would be OK I guess if you like wearing leather, showing off all of your skin (and let's face it, we're called Fatluses for a reason) and slowly losing your soul (not that anyone on /smtg/ ever had one).
Besides, Marie is the far better SH girl.
But what's the difference? Regular Flynn is already super cute.
>(in which case she could easily fuck you up if you angered her or if she wanted to amuse herself by denying you access to devices you need to use, messing with your porn, shitposting on your behalf)
How are those not things a regular person could do?
Besides. We said no magic. We're talking if they had a regular human body. Which for nemissa would mean human form.
>playing DDS NG+, right at the start
>decide to switch serph's skills around
>remove null attack in favour of drain fire in hopes of playing clever
>backfires horribly due to a failed prediction and the fact that STR-based serph has fuck all MP
I would never survive in the Junkyard.
Can i haz your ass?
Why do the people in the junkyard wear demonicas?
On a scale of SMT1 to Persona 3, how much reign will I have over fusion by the end of Strange Journey?
I really hated how strict it felt at first but by the end of Bootes it's grown on me. I just don't know if I'm not fully understanding it or if it's really so simple.
Is there a trick that I don't know about to getting more skills on demons without the use of sauces? I did minor testing to see if leveling demons up would increase how many skills their offspring would inherit but it didn't seem to affect anything. At this rate even using Mitamas and Elements is going to be a very calculated and precise process.
Regardless I'm going to fight the final boss with a godlike Jack Frost in my party even if it takes me hours.
Well assuming you change up your team a lot and help demons grow you'll get a lot of Forma to use. I never really liked Strange Journey but I'm sure you can nail a great set up. I had the Lachesis Sisters as my party for a while with some some good elemental skills, Luster Candy and a nice co-op attack.
You mean actually selecting your skills? Oh no mate this is how SMT usually is, I'm pretty sure IV was the first game to adopt that system.
Select both demons to see the result, cancel out and then select both again and the skills will be different. The inheritance changes depending on the demon and it's random what skills will show up so just keep cancelling out until you're happy with the set up
SMT IV and P4 Golden are the only games that outright let you pick a fused demon's skills like that.
I completely forgot. And I just finished Overclocked a little while ago too.
And then Devil Survivor 2 takes it into broken territory by allowing you to remove predetermined skills and add them to the selectable skills while fusing demons.
Repel All Purple Mirror, anyone?
Surely we can find some middle ground
I haven't played, and don't own, any versions of Persona 1 or 2. My autism about different versions of the P2 duology is literally the only reason I haven't played them. If Atlus released P2EPP in English, I would immediately buy it along with P1P and P2ISP to reward them. Hell, I'd probably even buy P3P even though I already have FES just to complete the set.
Why don't you want my money, Atlus? What's wrong with it?
It'll get weird if you're summoning Belphegor or even Mara.
Yeah it is.
I replaced a specific track with one that's not from the game, I need you to find the place where it plays ingame. ISO with the replaced track is earlier in the thread.
I also still need bgm43 identified
washing pills down with alcohol. brand of alcohol is different for each party member. MC chugs whiskey. Redneck lieutenant downs a gallon of moonshine. Violent chick shots a martini and smashes the glass on the ground.
Since nobody was able to help yesterday, I'm reposting again.
This is for the P1P music retoration to PS1 music, there's a few tracks we weren't able to identify, at this point we have identified all but bgm21 and bgm43.
Here's bgm43 if anyone can help us identify it in P1P (as in, where does it play ingame), please do tell.
Also need another track (bgm21) identified where it plays ingame, since it's identical to another track (bgm36) I had to replace it with a test track to make it easy to spot.
Here's the replacement xdelta patch.
I replaced bgm21 with a test track, it sounds like this:
Try to look for it ingame after applying the patch.
Oh and use xdeltaUI I included to apply the patch.
Select the test.xdelta in the "patch:" section.
Your P1P.iso in the "Source file" section.
And finally specify output filename and directory in the "output file" section.
Then press the Patch button on the bottom and it will create a new patched iso.
Then use that iso to look ingame for the track.
I'll really appreciate help in finding this darned thing.
In case you can't apply the patch due to having wrong iso (not US region/trimmed/etc), here is a prepatched one with bgm21 replaced:
STOP IT FAGGOT CHAOS IS NOT A MAYMAY ITS A WAY OF LIFE
Hey man last night I went to the devils peak and the jojo track didnt play, so its not in devils peak
It's time, comrades.
Time to post pictures of our tactician Gale from DDS.
An event like this requires participation to be comprehended successfully.
In all realism, will we ever get an action figure of merkabah? I think he might be my new favorite character. Even more than Satan.
Probably not. It'd be one messy and ugly figure.
Here, have something featuring Gale.
>his favorite megaten character isnt spiderman
I hope not. I'd rather not have to deal with his quadruple dodecahedron retard plots.
MGS4 only happened because it was the sixth and chronologically final entry in a sequential series that revolved around conspiracies. You don't find that in his standalone games.
Sorry for late responses, wasn't here.
It's track that's basically ambient wind so it has to play in some locations where maybe there's wind or something.
It's not on the OST and I'm not looking for it's OST equivalent, I need to know where it plays ingame.
Yeah thanks I know, but it at least allowed me to be 100% sure which one of the two is the Devil's Peak one.
Anyway if by tomorrow they aren't identified I'll just leave bgm43 as is, and reuse the bgm36 replacement for bgm21.
It's in the OP pastebins.
Apparently I don't have as much Gale as I thought.
But it still seems like the plot is getting even more retarded as time goes by. Is Kojima trying to sabotage his own series because he's sick of making MGS or something? I wouldn't blame him.
I was never really a big fan of Silent Hill, but I'm willing to bet that actual fans are probably unhappy about it.
I just watched the scene again where you go with johnathan.
>let us go together and destroy lilith, the root of this evil.
When merkabah is first fused.
>Let us depart together.
>later uses the word root again.
I find it kind of sad that there isn't anything out of Jonathan left when even Walter was left as aborted foetus on Lucy's arm at least Merkabah looks better than Lucy, what the fuck were they thinking anyway when they made that fugly design
Actually, I think impressions from the demo have been mostly positive?
Aside from having to "investigate" the pause menu, anyway. And no one understands how to trigger the ending.
I still have hope that he allows Del Toro to do something that is not just agree with him, the guy makes so really interesting midn fuck stories and most monsters he creates are really interesting
I indeed am, the demo is just a shitty Penumbra/Amnesia/Outlast/Slender/Generic PewDiePie jumpscare indie turd clone.
SH has no jump scares and does not rely on jump scares.
The shitty first person perspective needs to fuck off as well.
MGSV is set prior to MGS1 (and MG1 and 2) and from both Ground Zeroes and what snippets of information we've gotten it's less of a ruse la ruse clusterfuck than 4 was. Silent Hill$ also looks pretty great from the demo.
Guess we'll have to wait and see, huh? Who knows, maybe doing something that doesn't involve MGS in any way, shape or form will be a breath of fresh air for him.
It's a shame that first-person horror games are so formulaic, because it's the style that has the most potential to be pants-shittingly terrifying.
the demo had plenty of great stuff that wasn't jumpscares, like the child thrashing around in the fridge, the fetus in the sink, the mother going inside you in the bathroom, all the pictures becomes eyes and mouths, the radio going full numbers stations and "Look behind you. I said Look Behind You"
Son of man, this IS the best ending.
However, if you yourself are based enough for my offer of a world of high STR and VIT, and of course, LUC, well...
I'd be happy to oblige.
But Lucy didn't offer a world of STR, he just said he would back you up as longs it pissed off the three stooges, the ones that really wanted a wurld of STR were Jimenez and Mem Aleph
the first person camera was fine, and there was, what, three jump scares in total?
My complaint was the lack of audio prompt to let you know that hitting the interact button was read, but didn't result in anything
>Anyway if by tomorrow they aren't identified I'll just leave bgm43 as is, and reuse the bgm36 replacement for bgm21.
im thinking bgm43 is unused and bgm21 is either used in a small extra scene of sorts or is unused too
That one time he wasn't thought, he just appeared to tell you that you really didn't have to follow the failure three in their pyramid scheme if you didn't want and in the chaos ending he sort of just finds it cool that you choose to back up mem aleph, he is also only chaos because that would make YHVH angry
Guys. Same Anon as >>79128448 here.
Many thanks for your Gale images. I am sure he is impressed by our devotion and adoration of the cause, along with our various... discussions... here at /smtg/.
Our "shitstorms" on the other hand, are quite deplorable from his point of view. They're not even worthwhile in a battle for survival like what he has gone through.
Then again, isn't what we do here, a battle of sorts?
Regardless, you all have my thanks for supporting Gale.
Durr. The tiny head on top of merkabah is meant to be johnathan's head.
Because its boring as shit. If i wanted a generic human ending I'd go play a game that does that better.
Jesus christ mate fuck off
Nice angry Heat. I'll take that.
Also, you should really chill off with that anger of yours.
Hey, dude. Nobody actually cares who you are, that's the whole point of anonymity.
However in keeping with the theme, pic related.
You spent the entire game trying to guide the Red Sprite team home and you didn't feel a certain level of satisfaction at the end?
Zelenin's only good moment was hanging out at Trash Mountain with her when Asura tries to break her spirit. Other than that, she's pretty uninteresting and becomes incredibly boring once she swaps out her Demonica for haute couture. Jimenez gets dealt a bad hand, makes the most of it, fucks off to find out what's the deal with his demon stuff AND comes back to give you shit because he feels like he owes you a debt. Way better.
Why is it that most of the images of Heat that I have are of him looking like he's sick of your shit?
Probably because of his attitude in-game.
I have a pretty big favour to ask, /smtg/.
I lost my SMT2 save just before the point where you have all the pillars and you enter the underworld properly. Does anyone have a savefile or savestate from roughly around that point? I'd replay it back to that point but the constant backtracking in that game through the hub is really tedious and I really hope I can avoid going through it again.
I kind of wish I had more art of Heat in general. Most of what I've got is either group shots, Asura forms or other misc stuff.
This one's my favourite though, and it makes me sad that I've been unable to find ANYTHING else like it. I mean, it's just so damn
Chaos is also about freedom, opposing god, and trying to change corrupt systems with methods that don't necessarily mean things will get better, and following your dreams even if it means other people will get hurt.
Like Alcor ending for Freedom, Dahns for the last two methods, and Cain's for opposing God.
Chaos comes in many forms.
Now that you mention it, it kind of does remind me of Cars.
Not in Majin Tensei, Last Bible, or the Devil Children series.
I don't think he supports it in Megami Tensei II either, but I haven't played Kyuyaku yet so I can't be sure.
And despite sucking Raidou's dick on NG+ he lets you go down your own chaos path.
Who gives a fuck.
It looks like it's Lesser's art anyways.
Yeah, it is. Where the hell did Lesser go anyway? I miss drawfags.
Got a job and a girlfriend.
I wish Berserk forms were in DDS1, since they were so fun. Nothing like a sudden spike of risk vs reward to keep you on your toes. Plus the Berserk forms looked great.
So, when going for 100% completion in DDS1/2 in NG+, would the most ideal way to go about it be to slap Null Attack on Serph and do a solo run while pumping ST/AG? Reasoning behind this is that if you dump all your levels into ST/AG on Serph, you can then proceed to dump any and all other Noises you find into the other characters of your choice, then level them up so that they dump all of their level ups into ST/AG.
>hose are the only ones you are having a problem with right?
>does everything else has an equivelant as of now?
At this point I only need to finish making loops for about 20 more tracks and it will be ready for release.
I'm tired of being so indecisive on which MegaTen to buy next so I'll ask you guys. What should I get? I've already finished SMT1, SH, P1, P3FES, and P4G. I'd rather not start on the P2 duology yet because I'm waiting for whoever is doing it to insert the PS1 translation for EPP.
Which ones did you enjoy? If you enjoyed the ps2 games, the other ps2 games might be the next place for you to go while if you enjoyed SMT1 the most (somehow) the dungeon crawling of 2 and SJ might appeal to you.
If you thought the positioning stuff in persona 1 was interesting you might want to check out devil survivor, which adds tactics in a much more fun way in my opinion.
