OST need re-up apparently

Unless you werent paying attention.
Someone re-upp the Nocturne OST already, I'm tired of zero seeder torrents and 'Sign up to download our shit'
Io sounds fucking terrible.
>"Break Record makes no sense so we changed it to Record Breaker"
Says the streamer guys.
But it does make sense. It's named after something that happens in Yamato's route the game.
Someone should mega it.
You do it.
Politely reposting my question
Better, here's a video of the scene
The first song, and then the song a 1:50 seem to be different, but it gets cut-off because the guy cuts off the dialogue
The Personages in the chat on the side are insufferable. They won't shut up. WILL WE GET OUR CHOICE OF WAIFU? THIS SMT TRAIT REMINDS ME OF x from PERSONA, and talking about Persona characters.
Can we stop pretending not liking SJ and SMT 3?
I enjoyed SJ.
It needed more bosses though.
Im not comparing them, i just not like that SJ & SMT3 are hated now.
It's pretty simple. Each turn icon is expended when you use an action, but if you hit an enemy's weakness or critically hit, you get another action. If you miss or hit an enemy's strength, however, you lose extra turns.
every character (besides some bosses and demifiend is you do a side quest) = 1 turn for their side
doing any attack = 1 turn
skipping = 1/2 a turn
hitting a weakness or a critical hit = 1/2 a turn, if you already have a flashing 1/2 turn "stocked up" will turn other turns into 1/2 turns. IE if you have 4 turns but hit a weakness four times in a row you get to act 8 times in one turn.
missing, or having your attack voided/repelled/absorbed = 2 turns
talking = all remaining turns
attemping to escape = all remaining turns
the rules are more or less equal for you and the enemy, with the exception that they sometimes have moves that just give them extra 1/2 turns
Its canceled, they are waiting for P5 release and trow the news during it so no few people find out.
Lose all hope.
Its most likely the only chance a SMT game will appear on consoles. ANd thats in part because Nintendo is/was probably the one funding it.
No there was an old FE interview from around 2013 where they commented that it's too expensive to make consoles games, so it's cheaper for different companies to work together to make a game.
They also spoiled that it would take place in Tokyo.
I posted the image and im not the anon you are replying to.
I AM A STRONG DEMON WHO NEED NO SUMMONER.
I'm trying to get the item in DDS2 for Shiva from Parvati but I'm not getting her spawning very much and when I do she doesn't drop the item. Is there anything I can do or a specific place I should be?
Is Nocturne the best looking SMT game?
Persona 5 doesn't count.
No game can't beat the realism of pic related.
It's the greatest looking game in the franchise.
I have been for a few hours and I've only seen her twice! Somehow she was spawning quite a bit earlier when I was just going through the dungeon but she still didn't drop it then.
I'm glad Demon-Personas are back for Persona 5
Demons are after all facets of the human mind transformed into mythological creatures, so it's only natural they'd be a sort of Persona
50-60 hours depending on if you go for TDE or not, not including an huor or two of lost progress you're basically guaranteed to get from the times the game just goes NO and kills you (like when I got 20 random fights in a row once because of riberama + full moon)
also you should always play every game on the hardest difficulty available to you, to do otherwise is to out yourself as a bitch
>50-60 hours depending on if you go for TDE or not
this right here is my only real issue with TDE, lucifer is such a step up from kagutsuchi that you're basically required to grind for several hours to have a team worthy of him, even if it's just to get the money you need to fuse everything
I used action replay to give myself unlimited money with no regrets, fuck going through that one amala labyrinth minigame stage over and over to make money
SMTIV player here. I recently got to Tokyo and some guy stole 10,000 Macca from Isabeau. Do I ever track him down and get it back?
What if they remade Nocturne and made it like DeSu where you could equip any skill/passive you learned before instead of forgetting them forever?
Would be pretty cool imo since you could equip skills like resists whenever you needed, rather than leaving them useless like they were.
>in Persona demons are shadows
Just because demons weren't in P3 or P4 doesn't make them the same things as shadows.
It seems that P5 has both demons and shadows. So if anything actually explains it, it would be that.
It depends what you define as "worth it." Nocturne notoriously has halfassed endings. This ending is a little better, but you'll have to level up awhile. If this isn't one of your more favorite games and you want to move on rather than have to put work into beating a kind of superboss you can skip it. I did.
You dont recluit demons there but there are bonus demons for fusion by fully completing the Labyrinth
like Datne from the DMC series (Its DMC 2 Dante in design but with DMC 1 Dante personality)
I've been marathoning through SMT for the first time during the last 6 months (SMT1-3, SJ, IV, Raidou games) and have finally hit a roadblock in Devil Survivor and Soul Hackers which I started simultaneously.
Someone please convince me to continue, I absolutely hate these games so far. I've loved just about everything in this marathon (aside from IV being pretty rehashed and mediocre), but the dull/annoying as fuck characters and stupid plots of these two games are killing me.
Also, is there something I'm missing in Devil Survivor gameplay-wise? So far I've had to do zero grinding in any of these SMT games, but it almost seems necessary for DeSu. Is it?
DeSu 1 story doesnt pick up until you defeat your first serious boss
Beldrgive it time.
And DeSu only needs grinding regarding dosh and skill cracks. The only annoying thing that stays are the protect civilians missions.
Fuck, I don't want it to be true!
>Protect civilian missions
Exactly the reason I stopped. If cosplay bitch and the Incredible Sulk can't be bothered to run, I can't be bothered to save their asses.
Please convince me I'm wrong, I really do want to like this game, if nothing else because I already threw away $15 on it.
Tell me that in my face, and not over Paradigm X, fagget.
Is it okay so far, guys? I'm not having any problem with survivability, so can I just put it all on STR and steamroll the game?
>Not using your name as the game intended.
You are already beyond help.
Neat. I googled but couldn't find extensive resources on it, probably because it's not that popular I suppose. Might keep it in mind during a second playthrough, and try to see all the random dialogue.
some stuff that I didn't like in Nocturne:
not being able to check enemy's weakness and current HP at any time without wasting a turn, once I heard that any game mechanics that can be mimicked by a pen and a paper shouldn't be there to begin with, having to remember enemies' weakness and not being able to see their current HP is a huge turnoff for me
another thing is how magatamas work, needing to switch them just before leveling up just so I can keep unlocking skills kinda interrupts the gameplay in a way I don't like, and the fact that there's no way to "remember" old skills is awful given that most of them, specially passives, are fucking useless for most of the game
>not being able to check enemy's weakness and current HP at any time without wasting a turn
So your complaint is basically "my memory is bad"? Seeing as how if you know an enemies weakness you're basically guaranteed to win, it taking up a turn to use analyze isn't a big deal.
>another thing is how magatamas work, needing to switch them just before leveling up just so I can keep unlocking skills kinda interrupts the gameplay in a way I don't like
it's to offer a tradeoff between getting a new skill but having to use a magatama that might not be ordeal for whatever area you're in. it's literally the only piece of equipment in the entire game, swapping it around every now and then isn't going to kill you
>the fact that there's no way to "remember" old skills is awful given that most of them, specially passives, are fucking useless for most of the game
not only is this wrong, but if you could pick from all the skills you've learned the game would be way way too easy (like in DDS, where you can do exactly that and the game is really really easy). It requires you to think a little about when and what skills you're learning.
Just because all recent rpgs are boring grindfests where there's never any thought required or a risk of losing, that doesn't mean nocturne is "dated" because you need to think a little about what you're doing.
I mean you're free to like or dislike whatever you want, but I really don't get how "this game where the combat is picking from menus is requiring me to sometimes think about my menu surfing instead of just hitting X" is a bad thing
I was watching someone complain about this game, and how it's from Atlus.
All I can think of is Ronde.
Is there a poor soul who has experience with it to give an opinion?
They published it, the series was made by the guys who made this dating sim dungeon crawler (You can even unlock the original Hylide by finishing the game).Persona 3&4 ripped this
And yeah i heart it was terrible
Not before Raiho Kuzunohee vs The Hee-Ho Army.
What exactly was wrong with it? I don't necessarily agree with him (Persona 1 vastly outclasses 3 and 4 imo, and recommending revelations just for the ost is dumb), but compared to other persona fans he's fairly educated on the background
All the demons in the game are Hee-Hos, like Muh Shoovu.
I'm grinding up to kill all the optional bosses in the final dungeon of DDS2 including Satan cause I hate myself. Is there any particular spot that's best to grind at or should I just hang out around the 6th Layer's Large Data Node and use a Magic Reed?
I can't believe the Matador meme made the list. You'd think they might actually look past him and see that
Motis the true hard boss of SMT3.
Because Mot is a cute girl.
