>252 SpA Mega Diancie Power Gem vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mew: 153-181 (37.8 - 44.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
>4 Atk Mega Diancie Diamond Storm vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mew: 163-193 (40.3 - 47.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
diamond storm does even more damage even without investment, so shut up if you dont know what you are talking about
>Abomasnow doesn't learn Ice Fang, yet Feraligatr, who isn't even an Ice-type, does.
>Aegislash doesn't get Secret Sword
>Wobbufet doesn't get Recover
>Liligant doesn't get Fiery Dance
>Blaziken doesn't get Ice Punch
>Typhlosion doesn't get Earth Power
>Snorelax doesn't get Slack off
>Torterra doesn't get Rototiller
>Arcanine doesn't get Play Rough
>Marowak doesn't get Head Smash
This a billion times.
This so fucking much.
If it had 110 base power and 75 accuracy, you can bet it would've been slapped on every single mon you can think of.
It's the only 100% accurate rock move out there and we can't have that.
>Gothitelle can't learn Cosmic Power
>Gothitelle can't learn Moonlight
>Gothitelle can't learn Moonblast
>Lunatone could only learn Moonlight from the Dream World
what the fug is going on in here
>Machamp the Superpower Pokémon doesn't learn Superpower by level-up
>Rhyorn has 2 recoil-based abiliies
>Dex entries talk about how it charges into shit headfirst
>Doesn't learn head smash
>Garchomp can't learn Dragon Dance
>Corphish can learn Dragon Dance
>A Gengar is close by if you feel a sudden chill. It may be trying to lay a curse on you.
>Appears to attack people who get lost in the mountains. Said to be the culprit behind shadows that laugh in the moonlight.
>To steal the life of its target, it slips into the prey's shadow and silently waits for an opportunity.
>Hiding in people's shadows at night, it absorbs their heat. The chill it causes makes the victims shake.
>Sometimes, on a dark night, your shadow thrown by a streetlight will suddenly and startlingly overtake you. It is actually a Gengar running past you, pretending to be your shadow.
>can't learn nasty plot
>Snorlax can learn Whirlwind
>Zapdos can learn Roar
>Giratina can't learn Flamethrower, or any fire-type moves but Will-O-Wisp.
>Regigigas can't learn Protect.
>Pidgeot can fly at Mach speeds. Can't learn Extremespeed.
>The only decent recoil move the Rhyhorn line can learn is Double-Edge
>The only way to get it is to transfer from Gen3 or Dream World
>This pretty much makes 2 of it's abilities useless
It's a Dragon-type, and pretty much every dragon barring M-Sceptile And M-Ampharos can learn Flamethrower. and the other members of its trio can learn not just Flamethrower, but Fire Blast and Overheat.
Maybe if you took away half of his special move pool. Its move pool is ridiculous as it is. It gets way too many moves it has no business having.
>a front claw of a lobster, crab, or similar crustacean
its not a pincer either
Wait! Unova Legendary Dragons barring Reshiram, Zygarde, and, somewhat on this topic...
>Kingdra can't learn fire-type moves.
>Gyarados, Palkia, and FUCKING Slowpoke can.
To be fair, Kingdra lives at the bottom of the ocean, where breathing fire would be pretty useless, while Gyarados seem to be found fucking everywhere you don't want them to be and are specifically stated to show up and rampage until everything around them is burned to the ground.
>Moltres can learn Hurricane.
>Neither can Kyogre, despite the fact it controls rain and can cause torrential downpours, which hurricanes are usually associated with.
Okay, maybe the last one is nitpicking too much, but, it's just something that seems appropriate.
I admit I used it but it's pretty silly how over centralizing it is. It's almost as bad as stealth rock but the difference is that stealth rocks existence outright makes a lot of pokemon unviable
>Typhlosion doesn't get Earth Power
>Volcano Pokemon can't learn it but a piece of coral, a seed, a sunflower, and a literal hedgehog can
Were shitmons as they were in the beginning, are now, and ever shall be, world without end amen.
Scyther's the best of those, and it'd still struggle to get by Steel-types. Vivillon has the same problem while also needing to spend time boosting if it wants to do any real damage, among other issues. I can't see what Armaldo's niche would be in the absence of SR, since it's never been anything spectacular and has only suffered with the changing of the generations. Vespiquen and Articuno aren't going to be able to overcome the shittiness of their defensive type combinations just by taking SR off the table, and vanilla Charizard lacks the speed or power to compete with the terrifying power creep of Gen VI.
