>>2908194 This. You're fucked OP this board is filled to the brim with autists who need to spew their "hate" towards /v/ in order to feel like they fit in even though they probably have like five tabs of /v/ threads open while they post here.
I'm playing Snatcher for the first time right now, just finished act 2, and I really really like it. What are some other good cyberpunk games, preferably with a Bladerunner-esque/technoir feeling? I know about Bladerunner for PC and Shadow Run, but I'm not that interested in Shadow Run.
I would like everyone's insight on some of the good emulator frontends available right now.
It seems like many of these frontends are extremely customizable but lack really useful features, or have useful features but suck at everything else or have little things about them that are annoying.
Over the past few weeks I've pretty much collected all the mame roms/chds, console goodsets & no-intro collections (not sure which sets I'm going to use), and have been fiddling around with frontends. Basically I'm on a quest the find the least shittiest frontend. I'm treating this as a serious project, so once I am satisfied with my rom collection and frontend setup I will most likely be building a separate computer for this so I can use on a CRT, or possibly building... Already own some decent, but standard games. >lufia >super soccer >super Mario World >super Mario allstars Reasons and description of the games are highly appreciated. Also, which Gameboy games are compatible with the super Gameboy? >asking because I'd love to play pokemon on my snes
Can we have a thread about gaming and getting old?
Ever tried a /vr/ game as an adult and thought it was meh but you would have loved it if you were younger and less cynical? Ever went through a phase where you genuinely can't enjoy vidya? How about actually finding time to play?
I started to dislike vidya in high school right after PS1 came out, it was the beginning of the end of normies taking over gaming and I guess it depressed me some. I come back to gaming every few years buy a bunch of crap and genuinely enjoy some games but I'll never have the passion I did as a kid I'm guessing
>>2907678 Honestly, no. I've been playing a bunch of /vr/ recently - Secret of Mana, Super Metroid, and Magical Chase during the last few days - and I find them to be much more engaging than some of the recent modern games I've tried playing like Witcher 3. I'm still a sucker for color and whimsy.
>Ever went through a phase where you genuinely can't enjoy vidya? No. Late high school was when I gamed the least, but even then I always had at least one thing I could say... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
