Tell me a joke.
Hi /wsr/ I would like to request the meaning of life and all the answers to the universe please.
Would really like to see some more new boards! Specifically more boards that are exactly like /pol/! :^)
Looking to build a cheap PC for the sole purpose of watching BD FLAC Rips of Anime. What is the absolute minimum I can spend on a computer to achieve this?
I'm not aware if today's toaster tier stuff can handle sub encodes
If it's actual BD rips, then absolutely anything. Bluray is h.264, and even Atom/ION can decode that in hardware.
If they're reencoded, give up. No matter what you get, the vogue will change and your PC won't be able to play them any more. The absolute minimum I might consider for not-being-fucked-over-by-Daiz might be an i7 of some kind, probably a Skylake.
Is what I used to build my current tower.
Just ordered some Takstar Hi2050s from [http://www.amazon.co.uk/Takstar-Portable-professional-Headphone-Computer/dp/B0062TV73M/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8]
Have I dun goof'd?
I don't know about your country, but for the price range (assuming you paid £34.22) they're definitely not bad cans. I would recommend going to >>>/g/hpg

Ok party people. I am a complete newfag so people don't get upsed if I don't the dank memes here.
I want to buy a phone, or some device I can use to call people like a phone. I've seen smartphones, but their screens are usually too small. I'd like to buy something I can do stuff like excel spreadsheets on, watch movies, view pdf files and shit. It would be perfect if some kind of keyboard wireless thing existed for more intensive tasks.
So i was looking at things and it seems like I need something like an Ipad mini, or a galaxy note. Making...

Your radical ideas about Bluetooth keyboards have already occurred to others.
iPhone 6 plus a keyboard is perfectly acceptable for Excel.
It sounds like you've convinced yourself you want a phablet. You don't, because phablets make shit phones, don't fit in your pocket, can't be used one-handed, don't really offer an appreciable advantage over their phone counterparts, and give up a lot of the convenient portability that makes phones so useful.
Just get an iPhone 6, a mini-keyboard case, and an iPad keyboard stand for when you're at a desk, and you'll be laughing.
What is this sorcery?
>getting an Iphone
Phablet, I like this. But no, I want one of these phablets, The idea of calling my mom to tell her "Yes mum I am eating enough" and after I am done with my call to view graphs and shit and then ask girls on kik for nudes makes me moist.
I guess I could achieve everything by getting different devices for different tasks. Smartphone for communication, tablet for general entertainment, laptop for work.
So what do I get?
What are some decent chairs for long gaming sessions (max budget: €300)?
Just buy a cheap faux leather high back chair at 1/3rd the price, it will be the same build quality but without the insanely high mark up because they slapped a "gamer" logo on it.
Recommend me a nice CPU/mobo combo.
Mostly for videogames and basic streaming and video editing shit.
Was thinking about dropping like 300€ on it, but I'd go up to 400 if its a noticeable difference.
Yeah I think I'll get the i5 4690k.
Should fit my 290x.
Any reason to go for the expensive Motherboards or is something like the ASUS H81-GAMER
or ASUS B85-PRO GAMER enough?
I dont even know why a MB would be GAMER brand.
I missed out on a lot of games during my childhood and adolescence, so I want to play catch-up right now.
I'm looking for JRPGs from the 90s to mid 2000s (like 2006ish, though that's open to interpretation).
I realize that by requesting JRPGs, most recommendations will be SNES, PS1, and PS2 games, but I am open to other consoles as well.
If a game has a newer revision (such as a remake on a more recent console), they are welcome in this thread too.
To reiterate, I want recommendations for games of the following criteria:

I was going to post this. FF6 and 7 are both my favorite final fantasy games with CT being my favorite RPG. The mother series is pretty fun too. Mother 1 however is notoriously difficult and it's grinding heavy.
Can someone log in to their school library upload this PDF?

I'm looking for artwork of impossibly large creatures, robots, or structures seen from an ordinary human vantage point.
The point of view has to be an ordinary human looking up at these massive things from ground level.
Can anyone supply me?
Requesting these kind of images.
Gonna dump all the ones that I have.
